Devonshire House Dental Practice

Devonshire House is by far the best Dental Practice I have used, they may not be the cheapest but, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". Everyone there is professional, friendly and helpful. I had only had one appointment at Devonshire House but just as lockdown eased I developed toothache and had to arrange one. I didn't know who I was going to see and was very nervous and worried about what was going to happen.

I didn't need to worry as the Dentist, Mr Wail Girgis, immediately put me at ease and explained everything to me. Since then I have seen Mr Girgis on several occasions and continue to do so. If you are looking for a Dental Practice I can thoroughly recommend Devonshire House.

On arrival all the staff were very friendly and efficient, observing all COVID precautions for which I was grateful. Elisabeth was lovely and took the time to explain the proposed procedure and answer all my questions.

Thank you to all the staff at Devonshire House. My father in law was seen quickly and he was put at ease by everyone from the reception staff to the dental nurse and dentist. His dentures were repaired successfully and refitted the same day. A very positive experience!

I went to this Practice to have a crown removed and replaced and also to have my teeth whitened I am ecstatic at the results. This Practice is fantastic. From the moment you enter you are greeted by friendly smiling staff and in my case Mr D Patel. This dentist is brilliant. I explained my distress at the state of my teeth and he understood from the outset.

From then on it was all systems go. Mr D Patel is a very knowledgeable, talented and nice person who will give you your perfect ending. I would like to say a massive Thank you to him and indeed Rochelle who made my crown. It was spot on. Thank you for giving me back my smile.

I cannot emphasise strongly enough what an excellent dentist Julian Martin is. I feel utterly confident in his hands. I didn't feel a thing during a complex root canal treatment, and there was no pain following recovery from the anaesthetic. His work is of the highest possible standard and I am very grateful to have such a dentist. The colleagues of his that I have met are equally professional and friendly and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Firstly, exceptional clinical rigor and the very best modern equipment used by knowledgeable and caring professionals. The administrative processes are equally good, personal and thoughtful with telephone follow up after each treatment and flexibility on appointments despite an obviously successful practice. Got a chipped tooth in my denture implant. Phoned for an appointment thinking the earliest would be after the weekend. No. I was told to come in 2 hrs and the repair was done in 10 mins by Dr Nikkah. Brilliant service as always. Thank you.

As I entered the practice I was welcomed by the reception staff, they are were all very polite and and very helpful and most of made me feel welcome and at ease, I didn't have long to wait and my dentist came and got me, he welcomed me into his room and went over what was going to happen and that if I was unsure of anything or had any questions I was to ask, he was very understanding and made me feel at ease which isn't easy as I'm very nervous when at the dentist.

After my appointment the dentist walked with me down to reception and explained that I needed a specific appointment and the receptionist was able to ensure that it was a convenient time for me to attend the specific appointment, I received a txt message with my appointment date and time, I also got given a reminder card with this information. The staff were very professional and welcoming, the practice was very clean and tidy. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist experience.

Met with a welcoming smile as soon as I stepped into the reception area. As a new patient, I found Mr Girgis' pleasant and unhurried manner, most reassuring. I feel confident of his expertise and that he will soon be able to offer a solution to my dental problems.

An excellent service, they definitely know what they are doing! A good receptionist, too. Always high standards.

My first visit to the Devonshire House Dental Practice, although my wife have been using them for some time. A warm welcome from their reception staff who carry out a simple but effective Covid-19 check. My dentist was Deepesh Patel and was bang on time to collect me from the waiting room for my appointment. Deepesh ran through what he was to undertake during my visit and was ably assisted by one of his nursing team. The facilities are first class and is their professionalism throughout my visit was superb.

I wish to thank Devonshire House for responding to the referral from my regular dentist. They have been absolutely wonderful both in the welcome and treatment I have received. I felt very much at ease and in very expert hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

This was my first appointment at Devonshire House and I was very favourably impressed. The welcome was friendly, while at the same time taking appropriate precautions in the context of Covid. The dentist herself was highly professional and an excellent communicator; she took the trouble to explain fully the nature of the dental problem and the possible treatments. I am awaiting her written report before making a decision on the best way forward.

Care at Devonshire House was excellent. I had booked a consultation appointment as I wanted to be informed about my problem and the options for management. The Dentist took great care to explain everything concerned with my problem and gave me a printout of information so that I could read it at my leisure. I do plan to take up the treatment he recommended.

The best dental practice I have used in a fairely long lifetime. Administrative staff are unfailingly polite and efficient. Dental staff are impressively skilled. They have resolved my dental problems after I was referred to them by my previous Practice presumably because my needs were beyond their capabilities. Not the cheapest but in my opinion the best!

I saw Dr Puneet Patel for a gum inspection and to discuss possible treatment options. I liked his relaxed and friendly "bedside" manner, which included also asking about my mental health which I thought was a nice touch given the current ongoing craziness. The exam itself was very thorough and I liked him showing me on screens against x-rays of what the options are. I now have some treatment options to consider.

Everything went smooth on my first appointment - thank you. Easy to book, easy to reach the place, plenty of parking, very good reception and excellent service from my dentist. Came up with a very good solution for a long lasting problem I have, we are still working through it with clear steps. Really good temporary work on my tooth until it's ready to get the permanent one.

Hope the next visits will go as well as the first. Good communication of the cost of the visit as well which is always good. Thank you for the service so far. Keep up the excellent work you're doing.

The experience at this practice is excellent. Treatments are tip top and the staff most professional and extremely kind. The waiting room is very comfortable with a wide variety of newspapers and magazines. Thank you to all involved.

I have been a patient here for seven years and I can thoroughly recommend Ian Pearson and Deb, his very caring dental nurse.Ian is an outstanding dentist and I will not go anywhere else. The whole experience is excellent and I thank Devonshire House very much for looking after my dental needs so well.

I have been a regular patient since having implants done 4 years ago. Implants was a scary (and expensive) undertaking but I have never regretted it. i used to be constantly bothered by low level pain, had to worry every time I ordered from a restaurant menu whether my choice was suitable or too chewy and often felt slightly under the weather.Now I never think about my teeth at all.

A really top class professional job and a big thank you to Julian Martin in whom I felt complete confidence as the treatment progressed.The treatment really did change my life. I highly recommend this practice.

Attended my first of 4 appointments on Friday and I couldn't be happier. Terrified, needle phobic, gag reflex just basically a dentist worse nightmare - but how I changed, I am actually looking forward to the next 3 visits as the outcome from the first one has relieved so much pain. After a previously horrific experience which left the roots after a botched wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist and staff were brilliant. I was completely terrified and they could not have done anymore to put me at ease. The work was completed quickly, calmly and efficiently. Well done to everyone at Devonshire House. I will be using your services again.
