The Terrace Dental Centre

They are a 1st Class Dental Centre - It is very modern practice with all the up to date equipment and the staff are all so nice and make you feel very much at ease. As long as I remain in this area I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Been back on numerous occasions and it is still first class

The team at Terrace are all brilliant, but if I could just say thank you to one person at this time it is Olaf. He saw my granddaughter who is 5 and was so patient and caring with her that what could have been a frightening experience was made very comforting.oh and he is a fantastic dentist as well. Thank you

Have used the TDC for almost 10 years now. Good dentists and team, look after me well. Slightly high priced I think but overall good value.

I have quite big anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, I've never really found one that I've liked but Dr Shin Kim was amazing he is super reassuring and makes you feel calm and informed every step of the treatment. I've officially moved to this practice from one I was previously going to and really happy that I made the move to try out a different practice! Thankyou Dr Kim for taking care of me!

Although it can be expensive the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome hadnt been since 2019 and olath was really nice I would recommend if your new to come

The Terrace Dental Centre is brilliant, the staff are so polite and professional, you get treated with lots of respect as a patient. In terms of the treatments, time is taken to explain things to you and you don't feel stupid asking questions. I see Olaf and he is the most sincere, patient dentist you could meet, frequently checking if you are okay whilst he is carrying out a procedure. I have had two root canals done here and the outcomes were excellent.

Always a kind, friendly and professional service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, making you feel at ease during your check up or treatment.

Reception staff are always friendly, the dentist I use has a lovely manner. Everything feels clean and professional yet still welcoming.

Everyone is so helpful from the minute you walk into and greeted air reception to seeing the dentist who are aware of nervous patients and go out of their way to make one feel at ease. The dental nurses are also very helpful in terms of joining in discussions about what is happening.

Dr. Kim was amazing! He made me feel super comfortable (I get really nervous when at the dentist) always making sure I was okay and explaining what he was doing. He also answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was saying. After a bad experience at another practice, Dr. Kim really turned things around for me and provided the best care I could ask for.

We got a new patient appointment to see the dentist very quickly. Terrace Dental facility was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The family saw Dr. Shin Kim and his Dental Hygienist Alice, who were both wonderful and we all felt very comfortable with them both. Dr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that would help with great tooth health.

They were both also very patient and relaxed with our 8 year old, which meant she enjoyed her visit and is looking forward to visiting again! We will be booking our 6 month follow up very soon!

As always everyone is very friendly and understanding of my fear of attending the dentist! nothing personal of course. This has made me more determined to keep regular appointments in the hope that I eventually attend without spending the 3 days leading up to my appointment getting stressed out! it is definitely the best my anxiety has been for 20 years so thank you for that.

I contacted The Terrace Dental Centre over lockdown as I was suffering from toothache. They signed me up as a new patient over the phone and once the lockdown restrictions were eased, they booked me in for an emergency appointment. The practice is calm and welcoming with friendly and professional receptionists who take covid-precautions seriously in the interests of patients.

I felt safe and the appointment timings were prompt. My dentist, Dr Shin, was calm, friendly and reassuring throughout my treatment. I am a nervous patient but after meeting Dr Shin, I felt like I was in very safe hands. I felt no pain and feel so much better and optimistic about my dental health moving forward. I was provided with professional advice and guidance and I will now continue with this practice, attending regularly for check-ups. Thanks once again for your care and professionalism. My daughter broke her front tooth in half, and Dr. Shin Kim bonded her tooth so beautifully. I appreciate how kind and gentle he was to my 8 y/o. He was SO patient with her and continued to work until her tooth looked perfect. He made sure that she was happy with how it felt and looked. The entire staff at Terrace Dental has been great to us. I've gotten my teeth cleaned at Terrace Dental as well, and I was very happy with the cleaning and customer service throughout my visit.

I can't speak highly enough of Sonal and the team. I had an emergency appointment yesterday and Sonal didn't hesitate to support me when I was a wreck and in pain. The treatment I received, and always receive, is second to none. A root canal treatment done and dusted without a second of discomfort! Huge thanks again to Sonal for going above and beyond for me and to Shin for the excellent care too

Since joining the Terrace Dental Centre my dental health has improved hugely. I was on a dental plan at another local surgery, and it has now become obvious since leaving that practice that they really weren't looking after me how they should have been, and the preventive help and treatment was virtually non existent. Unfortunately they only dealt. with the problems when they were at there worst. Terrace Dental Practice give excellent all round advice (especially information about preventing future issues) I have recently changed to Joanna and she really is excellent.

I am really impressed and very happy with my new dentist and dental hygienist. Terrace Dental Centre has a beautiful facility, everything is very clean. I appreciate the tv monitors on the ceiling when you lay back to allow the dentist or dental hygienist to work their magic. It is for those who suffer anxiety due to not wanting to see the dentist.

They have calming videos of fish and sea life that puts you at ease. I don't love the dentist, but I don't have anxiety when seeing the dentist either, but the idea to put monitors on the ceiling for the patients benefit to reduce anxiety shows you how much they care about their patients. Everyone in the practice is very nice. That is refreshing.

I like the fact they take my dental insurance. I had a thorough exam done by Guillermo Pradas Checa, he goes by William because most people can't accurately pronounce Guillermo, but I can because of my Spanish background. Guillermo is also from Spain, it was a nice surprise to have a Spanish dentist. He is very knowledgeable and gentle, I have found myself a new dentist, I will keep coming back to The Terrace Dental Centre.

My dentist did identify a new problem that I did not know I had, that I grind my teeth at night, he suggested an intervention, and I will be speaking with my insurance and see if they are willing to cover it. My hygienist was great! I didn't get her name, but I have to assume that they are all fantastic. I got a great teeth cleaning, I feel so much better now knowing I have super clean teeth.

My hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle and very kind. I found myself falling asleep during my teeth cleaning, that is how gentle she is, although I woke myself up because I didn't think she'd appreciate a sleeping patient when trying to clean their teeth. I don't know anyone who actually looks forward going to the dentist, but I am actually looking forward to my next check up and teeth cleaning. I'd suggest The Terrace Dental Centre to anyone needing a dentist or looking to change their dentist.
