Guildhall Dental Practice

I had an emergency appointment which i had only phoned the day before, I was told over the phone that the full treatment might not be able to be completed. But when I arrived the dentist said she was able to complete the treatment. Virginia Lees Was very professional and explained what she was doing. I am very satisfied with the treatment i experienced.

I have been going to Guildhall Dental for must be 30 years plus. My previous dentist retired and I now have Michael Platter. I was a little apprehensive having a new dentist after having the same one for all those years, but I find Michael really lovely, very approachable yet professional. I was seen on time and am happy with the service provided. Thank you.

Excellent dental practise. Receptionists and clinical staff are all professional, friendly and courteous. Clinical staff are excellent at explaining treatment being given and in giving advice for ongoing dental health. Highly recommended

The dental practice always seems efficiently run and friendly. Very good at reminding me about appointments! Treatment has always been thorough and I feel confident I'm getting a high standard of care.

I was impressed at the ability to get an appointment so quickly following a call to ask for some work on my teeth between 6 monthly appointments. All staff were helpful and polite and my dentist Dr Virginia Lee was most helpful and informative.

My experience was good. I do still miss the magazines that helped me while away waiting time and the protecting gear around the reception area is overbearing. Nothing to be done I guess. I would give five stars to the dental care, which is important of course.

Caring helpful and informative practice, always willing to answer my many questions (when my mouth isn't wide open). Easy appointments system and changes are not a problem. They have helped keep my teeth in tip top condition for nearly 40 years. Highly recommended.

On the whole it is an excellent practice and I have been very well looked after. A few niggles during the pandemic where I had to wait outside standing in blazing hot sun and I am old! Staff are all extremely professional and do a very good job although glad I am on denplan as it isn't cheap!

I am very happy with the Dental Service provided at the Guildhall, and with Arti and the Dental nurses. Very professional. The reception staff are friendly hand helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental services. Did not go 5/5 as there was one minor slip-up where I was supposed to get a notification of appointment change a few days prior, but luckily came to me just before I left the house on the day of appointment. Still a great practice though.

I have been going to Guildhall Dental Practice for about 5-6 years now. Although I have now moved some distance from the surgery, I still make the 70 mile round journey. I attended the surgery initially as a very nervous patient. They settled my nerves and made me feel at ease. My normal dentist is Rebecca - who is lovely. She always explains everything to me and, has a friendly and professional manner.

A couple of years ago I had to have en implant which was done by Mr Hare. I decided to have the injection in my arm to help with the procedure. He and his team were marvellous. Just recently, I had to have an emergency appointment which was with Jo. She was also lovely, kind patient and understanding. (Never thought I'd ever call a dentist - Lovely).

The surgery is spotlessly clean and hygienic. I have full confidence with Guildhall Dental and, would not consider going elsewhere. Even though I have to drive some distance to get there.

I went here as a child and am very relieved to be a patient here again after a few years away from Bury. Mr. Kirkpatrick is a genius and I am very happy to trust my family's teeth in his hands! Very friendly staff and a lovely building. I think they only do private, but that is fairly normal in Bury St Edmunds now I'm afraid. Highly recommended
