We are constantly flushing and renewing the air. If it's a cold day, you will probably want to wear an extra layer while you are having treatment. If you are walking or cycling please be aware that there is limited space in the waiting rooms. You may need to wait outside for a few minutes. Our infection prevention measures continue to evolve. We have introduced air purification with UVC units and regularly disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas to the highest standards. Our dental plans are back. This is a great way to spread the cost of your preventive care and get a 10% discount on our standard private fees.

Tooth whitening is a non-invasive procedure that is designed to lighten the colour of your teeth. Significant lightening can be achieved in the vast majority of cases. It is safe, effective and the results are stable. The active ingredient most commonly used is hydrogen peroxide. Who is it for? Just about anyone is a candidate for tooth whitening.
Implants can give you the confidence to eat smile and talk without having to worry about lose dentures or unsightly gaps. Implants can help support your bite, reduce tooth wear and there is no need for them to be 'anchored' to other healthy teeth. Simply look after your implants as you would your own teeth by brushing, flossing, and regular visits to your dentist. What is an implant? An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and is made from surgical grade titanium alloy to exacting specifications.

This is a wonderful dental practice. Mr and Mrs Morillo, who have treated me over the years, are exemplary dentists. They are professional, thorough and kind, in every aspect of my dental care. Other staff at the practice are also excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. I fully recommend this practice.

Although I typically feel anxious at the dentist, the entire team made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and helpfulness. My new crown looks and feels fantastic—thank you, Joanna! The dental staff and receptionist at Sycamore are so incredibly helpful, kind and caring. My treatment with them has been honest, patient and supportive. As a person who developed a real fear of being in the dentist chair they have been a lifeline for myself and my gums. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Can't praise this dentist surgery highly enough from reception to treatment.
I am a new patient and in February had to have two extractions and other work completed before a hospital operation. The extractions of large back teeth were completed painlessly.
Rachael is just the best receptionist I have ever met, empathetic and kind. My dentist, Nick Conway, is simply brilliant, very patient and explains procedures and gives options clearly.
I can honestly say that going to the dentist is no longer a fearful, horrible experience.

I've visited numerous dental practices over the years, and I can honestly say this one offers the best experience I've ever had. Rachel is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making patients feel at ease. Nick, the dentist, is a wonderful person who is also very gentle and patient, ensuring a comfortable visit. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the waiting room more inviting, perhaps with a cozy sofa and some artwork on the walls.

I needed an emergency dental appointment and Sycamore house were brilliant. Even though there were no appointments initially available, they called me back within a few minutes of my call and managed to fit me in at extremely short notice - thank you. They saw me super quickly, were great in their Coronavirus safe procedures and showed great empathy with my situation. Prices were also fair too. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Sycamore House Dental Practice: The reviewer states: "I will need to bombard them". This comes across as a threat to property and safety.
I know Corona virus has impacted on appointments but this surgery has decided to cancel all but emergencies (even though other surgeries are continuing routine treatment). I've been waiting over a year for myself and toddler to have a check up. They then cancelled an upcoming app and aren't rescheduling or adding people to a wait list. I will need to bombard them when their books reopen and will probably have to wait another 6 months as I had to book months in advance previously (NHS pt's are definitely not a priority here)

Sycamore House Dental Practice: This review complains about the patients feelings in regard to the community dental practice and not sycamore house dental practice. This is off topic
Had an appointment the day before Christmas eve and as you can imagine it was a nightmare getting there! We were 5 minutes late and told we could not be seen! Today my daughters tooth broke due to being turned away at Christmas and when I rang them I got no form of advise about what to do and they wouldn't have us in to be looked at I got given a number for the community dentist and they couldn't help because they haven't seen her before!
I'm fuming and have been completely left in the dark about what to do now or in the future, there has been no appointment booked for her to be seen! They were more worried about who had responsibly rather than helping my daughter Was ment to ring me back and never did is this how they treat their NHS patients It's a shame it's the only one in town

Having used this Practice over years I've always been happy with their Helpful and Pleasant Service. But really want to Thank Mr Morillo for seeing me so Promptly on Monday and unfortunately.again today.having experienced Tooth Pain.he carried out 2 Root canal fillings, in between his Appointments and I am Very Grateful. Also to The Lovely Receptionist and Dental Nurse. Highly Recommend

This dental practice has three, yes three, designated car parking spaces. I wish anyone good luck in parking for your appointment. One dentist (Miss Hardy) I found to be very forward and rude even more so after I had explained my fears of the dentist. Reception staff seem to be very busy, or just too busy to answer the phone. I have now been trying for two days just to get through to make a complaint. I wouldn't advise this practise

Have been with this dentist for 12 years, without warning they de-listed me for missing appointments, half of which were cancelled by the practice at very short notice. No apology, and I had taken time off work to attend Tried to talk to them but refused to meet me face to face and i am now complaining via the Ombudsman Like many practices they take on lots of NHS patients when they start and then weed them out when they have enough private patients. It's a shame because I think they provide good care, just greedy and I'm disappointed they will not behave with some integrity and actually meet me to discuss

I only have good things to say about this place, very friendly and they genuinely seem to care about their patients which is good because I've been with ones that don't. From the outide it looks like a regular house until you go around the back and enter via the large door. Its a really nice building. They usually have soft music playing upstairs and an air conditioning/heater in the corner of the waiting area. My dentist in particular is AMAZING. She is so friendly and genuinely has a great energy about her. Awesome place!
