Great customer service from the beginning. I had toothache for a period of time, contacted the dentist who arranged antibiotics straight away. Then a next week appointment to have the tooth removed. John the dentist was extremely polite, friendly and professional. I was quite nervous about the removal, however John talked me through the whole process and didn't rush. There was no pain or discomfort whatsoever. He then discussed all the options I had regarding the gap. Would highly recommend!

Friendly reception. Bob Ballard was my dentist for over 30 years but has been replaced by Rishi Patel. A great guy who is very patient and explains well. Would recommend to all!

Was seen for an emergency appointment due to pain. Truly received an amazing service. I am quite terrified of the dentist myself and was made to feel at ease and comfortable. Beautifully refurbished practice as well! Very modern and bright! Staff members were brilliant and so professional. Highly recommend visiting this practice. Especially if you are as nervous as I was!

Outstanding service and hospitality. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and a "hello." Extremely experienced and high quality dental work provided. Very accommodating with bookings and emergency appointments. My family have used BDC for many years. Would highly recommend.

Cannot rate the surgery staff higher, they are all very helpful & friendly. I was worried when Mr Ballard my Dentist of too many years to mention left, but, Dr Hama my new Dentist has eased all my concerns, being so kind and gentle.

Great practice from reception to the treatment room professional service and you made to feel safe in these uncertain times. My recent dental experience was very positive as I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Had molar tooth extracted which took no time at all and no pain. Excellent and professional service. Plus they have membership plans available so you can spread your cost. Would totally recommend.
