At 60 years old and having been going to Vouge dental care for 15+ years I've found a true professional Vivien a lovely person who listens, remembers her patients and knows her job. You won't find a better dentist!

I recently had botox injections with Kinneri, she is honest, knowledgeable and professional. When it comes to your face you want someone you can trust and I cant recommend Kinneri highly enough. She explained the procedure thoroughly it was painless with very pleasing results.

I have always had really positive experiences with Vogue however, seeing Dr. Kinneri for Asthetics is definitely a highlight. I couldn't recommend anybody more and trust her implicitly. Each time I have visited she completely puts me at ease and advises on the best treatment for myself and I have always been over the moon with the results.

Had a great Invisalign experience with Dr Kinneri! Clear communication on both cost and timings throughout and an excellent eye for detail to make sure I got the best results.

Rude and demeaning, avoid at all cost unless you want to be insulted and treated like garbage. Not sure if they're rude to everyone or just people who look a certain way! My mum had an appointment, she was in a lot of pain and was sent away after being scolded at and humiliated. The receptionist had confirmed her appointment for the 7th via the phone and when she turned up on the 7th she was shouted at, embarrassed infront of everyone. Told that her appointment was on the 6th and she didn't show up and they would remove her and not treat her.

We checked messages and they had made an error, they confirmed the 7th but the sent a message saying her appointment for the 6th was cancelled. We tried to make another appointment and the receptionist hang up the phone saying nothing was available until March. She's been in pain for the last month and they are literally the worst people. Not sure if my mother has been demeaned and humiliated due to the way she looks or if they are just a nasty bunch of people without an ounce of professionalism or integrity. Don't deserve the jobs they have. Wish you nothing but failure.

I have been with this dentist for a long time and requested help from the management via email. Rather than forwarding the problem to the management, my email was forwarded to the temporary dentist i have. I have been told to leave if i dont want to do the procedure with my temporary dentist whilst my own dentist is on maternity leave or go private. Never had been in thus situation everbefore.

I have been registered with this surgery for long and wanted to contact the practice manager, but unfortunately, no one is interested in patient care. My email wasn't forwarded to the manager at all and there is no confidentiality whilst dealing with emails. It is very unprofessional way of dealing with the patient queries.

Dr Kinneri Sanghvi, with the support of Holly, made my invisalign, whitening and bonding experience incredibly easy. Kinneri has perfected my teeth while keeping them natural. I couldn't recommend them more!

I have just returned from a Hygienist appointment. The two girls, Seanna and Olivia were fantastic, both happy and clearly enjoy their job, as they were faultless, both of them. I was looking around for Invisalign treatment for a while and Vogue were recommended to me for their really friendly team and great treatment - they weren't wrong! Dr. Shah did such a great job with my teeth from initial consultation to the end and I genuinely do not think I could be happier with them. It's so worth going with Vogue!

First class family dentist. I've used this practise for many years, and I'm very happy with the service. The reception team are excellent they are always friendly and welcoming. I recently needed some treatment due to an accident. I'm especially grateful to the reception team for fitting me into their busy schedule. Was one of the best dental centres at first but now far by one of the WORST. Your only dedicated to one dentist and seems like most of the time the dentists are leaving! I was in desperate need for an emergency appointment and I was told to call at 8:30AM in the morning the next day and still no appointment. Rang again the next day and the receptionist told me to go to a pharmacist and buy my OWN TREATMENT KIT.

I explained to the receptionist that I was suffering pain from when my filling came out and still came up with an excuse of being fully booked. I waited a few days later. I called up at 8:30AM and the line was busy and couldn't get through to them, until I got through at 9AM. A very rude receptionist came on the phone. I explained to her the situation of the pain and how my filling came out.

This receptionist said they were fully booked and to try and call again NEXT WEEK and my dentist had apparently left. It seems like when your dentist leaves, they have no care of letting you know and having to find out yourself and have to wait longer! They now have no care that my chipped tooth could get infected eventually. Managed to get an appointment somewhere else as a new patient even though it's June, at least I was offered a date!

The best dentist ever, highly recommend, my 4th visit now and I'm so happy, my dentist Rhishi Patel is amazing explaining every details. I'm so looking forward to my Hollywood smile very soon.

Went to see the hygienist today.very very reluctant to go as the last time I had been to the hygienist a few years ago I had a bad experience with her, and refused to go back. However after hearing that there was a different hygienist now I thought I would book an appointment and I am pleased to say I have had a completely different experience. This time I was treated with care and no pressure to book again after a few weeks and actually had the treatment I was expecting rather than a lesson on how to use a flossing brush! Thank you so much, a big improvement and I will definitely book again.

I visited yesterday as I had a problem with a loose broken tooth. I am of a very nervous disposition but was made to feel at ease by Dr Tanvee and her assistant. Broken tooth removed and no pain this morning. Thanks to their compassion and friendliness it has spurred me on to come back and have a full check up and get my teeth right again. Thank you so much.
