Hi Steve, thanks for sorting everything out the other day. It was once again the Wonderful Mrs Wagner that came to the rescue. My brother, I can't begin to tell you how lucky you are. She is a genuinely decent human being and a wonderful dentist, that's one thing we have in common that we both have wives much better than we could have hoped for. Many years ago I regretted not doing something nice for when she was heavily pregnant and still came one evening on Christmas Eve to sort my broken wire (I was in pain).
This time I left 20 for Mrs W to have a bottle of wine but it just goes to show what kind of person she is that she put it to one side for Ukraine. Obviously I topped it up a little bit but please take her out for a lovely afternoon tea or something and let me know the cost as I would love to treat the both of you. Wonderful people you both are, thank you so much!

Steve seemed helpful and knowledgeable over email. My issue is with the receptionist who booked me in for a consultation, sent me a confirmation email and then cancelled my appointment. The pretext was that i did not pay 85 over the phone, after being told (over the phone) that i can pay at the clinic. Wasted 1hr driving there and back. Seemed unprofessional so i took my business elsewhere.
The other issue is that the "clinic" is hidden on some obscure street behind a funeral shop - took me 20 min to find it. On the bright side, the people at the funeral shop were much more friendly and helpful. Overall, a waste of time and effort.

My eldest daughter had complicated orthodontic treatment with Katrina and Steve and the results are fantastic, they were brilliant throughout keeping us informed and reassured at every stage. My youngest is now undergoing treatment and once again I am incredibly happy with how things are progressing.
