Dental implants are a means to replace missing teeth. They are titanium restorations, which are supported within your jawbone bone. Once a dental implant has integrated with the bone, it is then strong enough to support a crown, bridge or denture. Dental implants are permanent and are self-supporting, so are not dependent on adjacent teeth for their support, unlike bridges and some dentures. Our specialist periodontist will assess the area to ensure enough bone is present to place the dental implant.

I was referred to Harpenden dental centre for possible root canal treatment. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. I saw Manjeet and from the start I felt relaxed. He completely puts you at ease and listens to your concerns. It turned out that root canal was not necessary. Even if you are nervous about going to the dentists you have no worries whatsoever if you go here. It will totally change your outlook on dentistry.

I was referred to Manjeet by my own dentist for specialist root canal work. The procedure although lengthy was completely painless and throughout the treatment I was both kept fully informed and treated with friendly courtesy. It has been completely successful and I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice if you have the misfortune to need their services!

I have been referred to Manjeet for specialist root canal treatment by my dentist as it was complex and an emergency due to Covid. This is the place to go for up-to-date dental procedures and the equipment is good. The Dentists there are A1 in their technical expertise too. I am very demanding in getting the best care and what a relief to find this place where I do not need to worry. The fact that all who work there are so calm and friendly is the icing on the cake. Drop in and ask about their training and past work. Check it out yourself.

I actually first came here by mistake after being referred to another dental practice, but I have never regretted the mistake! I had an implant done, and then kept coming back for regular check-ups, hygiene treatments and other work, which has always been highly professional. What I like the most is that Manjeet and his team always discuss the treatment and different options in full, they work really hard to put you at ease, and they never try to push unnecessary treatments. As I'm often travelling, the practice has always been accommodating and responsive to my own personal requirements. Highly recommended.

Great dental center. The staff are kindhearted with sharp wits. Even a procedure which I was anxious about was explained carefully and in a friendly manner. I felt very comfortable with both the receptionists and dentists alike. Although, I live in a different borough I was more than willing to make the trip frequently! I cannot recommend their services enough.

I have been a patient here for several years now and the service and treatment has always been first class. The team are very friendly, polite, and above all professional in the way they approach each aspect of my dental care. I always feel my best interests are taken into account and everything is explained clearly during and after treatment. I also really appreciate the fact I've been able to get an appointment on Saturdays, or early on week days, since I commute out of town each day.

I could not recommend Harpenden Dental Centre more highly, after being referred by my usual (excellent) dentist for more thorough investigation that ultimately resulted in a root canal treatment - the procedure was totally pain-free and I was able to relax for the first time in a dentist chair due to Manjeet's calm, controlled and brilliant care. Incredible service all round. So professional, clean, expedient and perfect in every way. I had a root canal and then a crown and have to say that although I was very worried when I originally went to have this done they put me at complete ease and the whole experience was not worrying at all. I didn’t feel a thing either and the result is absolutely perfect with the crown looking just like my original tooth. I’ve also had regular checkups there and each and every time they excel in every way. Great dentist. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
