We are a preventative practice and believe prevention is definitely better than cure. We will always advise you on how best to look after you and your family's oral health and prevent dental disease. Dr. Mulgund qualified as a dentist in 2002. Since qualifying as a dentist Dr Mulgund has gone on to gain a special interest in Orthodontics, Implants & Oral Surgery.
If you have a complaint we would ask you to telephone the practice and ask to speak to Practice Manager, As soon as possible, who will do her/him best to resolve it for you. Any patient's complaint will be acknowledged within three working days and a written response provided within ten working days. When it comes to your dental health it's extremely important you're brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day, and that you're visiting a dentist once a year too. However, during your annual (or bi-annual) trip to see us, what happens if your dentist spots a potential problem? At Densmile Dental Care, if Dr Mulgund recommends that you receive a general treatment you have nothing to worry about. As well as having the owner of our practice himself performing your procedure in-house, we offer a no pain guarantee.

Appointment's are not being respected, another place that overbooks, from 11:45 to 12:30 always tried staying clear of this sort of practices as they prioritize quantity over quality, waited for 40 minutes to be given antibiotics prescription to be told to pay an extra 40, to be told to wait 3 more weeks till they can see me again.

(Clare Elshaw) After suffering relentless tooth pain I sort emergency treatment with Densmile. I cannot fault the service and care that I have received. I received a prompt appointment and although very anxious as it had been many years that I had visited a dentist due to horrible childhood memories. At no time was I made to feel bad for this and received nothing but encouragement. Hence my second visit today for a little work to be done. Great Service and Awesome Dentist. New Dentist is very friendly. very gentle where it comes to providing treatment. Called for an emergency appointment and I was seen on the same day within a few hours. Will definitely recommend to all. had previous bad experiences with dentists in the past, but this is by far the best one I have seen. Thank you Doc.

I am a very nervous patient and not been to a dentist for many years. But Dr. Mulgund just put me at ease today and took my fear off dentist completely. He patiently answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant. Every dentist I saw in past was only interested in doing the treatment, taking the money and sending me off. But this gentlemen just took his whole time and explained to me everything and help me gain my confidence back in dentists. He was gentle and seems to have a lot of knowledge in his field. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I was in a lot of pain and not a fan of dentist. With a lot of hesitance, I called this practice as it was recommended by my family members that the staff and new dentists are excellent. I have never written any reviews in my life, but i felt this one deserved it. I was given appointment same day and welcomed when I went. I had to have the tooth out, the whole treatment was pain free. Dr. Samir as I recall his name, is one of the best dentist I have seen in Coventry. I am definitely going to say that you can be rest assured that you will be treated in the same way.

I was very nervous before my planned appointment today for a root canal treatment, but there was no need to be. All the staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt no pain and was informed every step of the way of the next step. Myself and my children have always patients at Joshi's Dental Practice. I cannot fault them in anyway. The Staff are always professional, pleasant thoughtful and very kind. My daughter recently had to have a couple of teeth taken out, she was very nervous and worried, as soon as the team saw this they took care of her to reassure her and put her mind at ease. I'm really grateful for the way they care for their patients. you cannot put a price on the personal service they provide. excellent service always!

An excellent dentist especially if you are a nervous patient like myself! Dr Joshi and his team will make you feel at ease and will explain procedures clearly and concisely, I have just had a difficult extraction which thankfully left me with little to no pain and a problem solved!. I have used Densmile in the past and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone seeking professional dental advice / treatment in a clean, modern surgery with lovely staff to boot!

The Dentist and every member of his staff create a professional, relaxed and friendly environment for a nervous patient like myself. I travel over 30 miles for the professional welcoming and comfortable dental visit. Complete confidence and trust in my dental treatment is very important to me. Usually the emphasis of treatment and regular check-ups is on detection and preventative oral health issues.
Treatment plans are well explained with empathy, accompanied by planned appointments, printouts and appropriate leaflets. Once I needed to visit the Surgery on an Emergency basis. I was treated with fantastic caring approach and seen on the same day, this is very much appreciated.
