"High end dental practice" Who told the receptionist that? I have just seen my partner get broken in to bits on the phone, after asking for an emergency appointment, Due to suffering with mental health he missed ONE appointment from then taken off the system and refused to see him, I could hear her tone of voice and to be quite frank, Im glad I am not with this surgery, The surgery I am with is what you call HIGH END.

The moment my partner mentioned he suffers with mental health, she went straight in for the attack saying he should be like the rest of us. major staff training required at this place, absolutely disgusting attitude. The receptionist is just lucky It wasnt me she was on the phone too.

I have always hated going to the dentist because I have had many bad experiences which made me very nervous and anxious. Dr Dhaliwal is amazing. He explains everything in detail and puts you at ease. The dental nurse is so lovely too. The receptionists are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Good but pricey dentist. Get the impression they are always trying to push me to more private work than testing on NHS. Have to pay for treatment beforehand for some reason, never had to do that at other Dental practices I've been to.

Had a really positive experience here. Very tight and safe COVID preventation measures. Dr Randhawa was very professional and he and the dental assistant who was also lovely took their time to do an excellent job. Good communication from the practise and fantastic that they are still operating well in lockdown.

Grear place. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Can't praise my dentist enough. Dr Dhunna is fantastic! Caring, understanding, patient and a great dentist. The best I've ever had. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Dr Dhunna enough! He has just repaired my 13 year olds front tooth, after he smashed it in half (Bike related incident ). I was a little concerned as this being his front adult tooth it would effect his smile/look for the rest of his life, but we had a thorough consultation and they were happy that it could be repaired without any invasive treatment. Dr Dhunna and the dental nurse were really friendly and kept talking to my son throughout the treatment. The repair is amazing, you'd never know it wasn't his natural tooth. Thank you!

Bridge Dental Team put my mind at ease about tooth pains I was having, allowing me to focus my fears on other more relevant things, like Covid and Brexit.

Went to have check up dentist was very nice but was very rough she hurt me will not be going back

Really good patient care. Given lots of support with a very nervous child. The dentist made them feel completely at ease and talked through each part of the check up. Gave them a mirror and explained how to keep teeth and gums healthy. Demostrated the correct way to brush teeth. Such a friendly calm practice hughly recommend

Very professional team- both reception staff and dentists! After calling a few dentists in the area with little success, I managed to get an appointment here the same day, as a new patient! Very lovely telephone manner and face to face service by the reception staff who were both informative and friendly. I've never had a dentist be as thorough as Dr Ospina and her nurse in examining and cleaning every tooth as well as informing me about my teeth and how to care for them. Couldn't recommend enough, definitely 5 star worthy!

On arrival I am always greeted by smiling receptionists who combine a warm welcome with an easy air of professionalism. Mr Matharoo always comprehensively explains all options of treatment available before delivering efficient, effective treatment with the confidence usually only evident in Harley Street. A first class dental practice where children actively look forward to going as they are treated as individuals who hold the key to their dental health. No gimmicks just excellence in dental care.

I was alarmed by the manner and attitude of the male dentist I took my grand daughter to see. I had explained that she was vulnerable with considerable anxiety about dental work. The male senior dentist was abrupt and off hand. Quite brutal in his dealing with a vulnerable patient. I was shocked and upset by this man's attitude and manner. I should add that I had taken other of my grandchildren to this practice and initially we saw a lovely young woman who I would recommend highly but I think she left on maternity leave.
