It is the first time we have been to this dental practice and were impressed with the professional way and kindness that was shown to us during our visit.

First time here. came under recommendation. Prior to attending information and e mail/ text messages perfect. Professional from the minute you walk in with very pleasant reception staff. Kathy turned out to be just the dentist that I wanted. skilful, honest, down to earth and easy to talk to. So far I can highly recommend.

My first visit to the practice. Had a thorough examination, a dental plan agreed with Ash with a full explanation of what it entailed. Very impressed and given me confidence that I made the right choice and will have a great outcome.

As always, I received a professional service, advice and a referral today. Can't ask for more from the team. Ashley is always patient and understanding, as well as the dental nurse, Kirsty. She always comforts me when I feel nervous. Couldn't recommend the service highly enough. Look forward to seeing them again soon, hopefully under slightly better circumstances. I have had a good experience every time I have been to see Ashley Davenport. Ashley is clear and concise in explaining what I need to have done and explains exactly the way forward for me. I have had several implants and they have all gone well and made a great difference. The nurses are lovely too. I never dread going to see my dentist. Thanks Ashley.

I have been going to this practice for years. Before I started going I was extremely nervous as I've had some very bad experiences at other dentists. Plus I'm terrified of needles and pain. However, the care and service I've had has been excellent. All the staff are lovely and very caring and Cathy is brilliant at calming me down and talking me through any procedures. Cathy is also extremely thorough and will always take the time to properly investigate any pain and the cause. I would especially recommend this practice if you are nervous of dentists or simply appreciate excellent service.

Had a last minute emergency appointment yesterday after too long without dental care. Terrified was probably the word but Ashley and his lovely nurses made the experience 'almost' a pleasure! I have been coming to the brilliant and caring Balsall Common Dental practice for several years now and could not recommend them any more highly. I joined the practice whilst living in Germany on a visit to see my Mum and have been a happy client ever since, staying with them through five years living in Dubai during which time I even had Invisalign treatment. Ashley always explains my treatment and I believe always gives the best and most cost effective treatment.

The hygienists are also fab, very thorough and cause no discomfort and the welcome from the whole team on reception is so warm and friendly. They have always been very flexible in trying to find me appointments to fit with visits home from abroad and really treat their patients as individuals. Special shout out to Kirsty who went the extra mile recently to arrange an emergency appointment for me .

Now living back in the UK but more than 2 hours away in Yorkshire, I didn't consider for a second moving to a more local dental practice as the service from Ashley and the team is so special. Thanks so much to the whole team.

I have been going to the Balsall Common Dental Practise for years and I can happily recommend them to friends and family. They are very professional and caring. From the reception staff, hygienists and dentists they are a great practise to cover your needs. Being a slight nervous patient I have to say both Cathy and Ashley have such a great manner you'll be at ease straight away.

Recently Ashley performed a rather tricky root canal and he was brilliant. Calm, collected and skilled. From a patient who needed the expert to be good at communication throughout the procedure, whilst getting on with the tricky job I'm delighted to provide this review as my thanks to the team and Ashley in particular.
