If anybody has a fear/phobia about dentists, this is the practice for you.

Everyone is so friendly and my dentist, Rosie, very understanding and calming. She explained the treatment process clearly, giving me options along the way and is so patient. I can absolutely recommend.

I attended the child friendly day yesterday at Longfellow Rd dental practice & was very impressed with the set up. They had a unicorn mascot in the reception area greeting the children with goodie bags, all the staff were super friendly & I thought it was a really good idea to make children's experience at the dentist a positive one. Our dentist Ahmed was super professional & my two year old was a bit frightened at first but he made her feel at ease & was able to do a successful check up & turn her first visit into a happy/positive experience!

I never in a million years thought I would be able to have work done without being sedated. I called and asked if they offered this and just as I was about to hang up they said to give it a try and made an appointment with Andrew & his team (within a week which was amazing). I attended and needed cleaning, a few fillings and the worst bit.injections.

They made another booking (again 3 working days later) for the work to be done. Andrew provided numbing cream and I can honestly say the injections did not hurt in the slightest. His team are absolutely brilliant and I am glad I've seen him. I am now not as fussed about going back in 3 months. The surgery itself answers the phone every single time, they are thoughtful and comforting. Could not rate it any higher! 5/5!

I took my daughter for her check up today and it was so nice to that they had put on activities to encourage children to come to the dentist and not feel worried. There were loads of Halloween activities. Goodie bags for the kids and of course a life sized unicorn entertaining the children. Well done and it would be great to see more dental.practuses doing this. Thanks as well to our dentist Ahmed for a great check up

Very happy with my dental practice, last visit was on Saturday, I booked it a few weeks before. It was a check up. I filled all necessary forms online, before the visit. I waited less than 10 minutes and was treated professionally.

Very good Dental practice. I always go here for my six monthly check up. I always receive excellent care from the Dentist's here. On this occasion I saw Dr Ahmed whom I hadn't seen before. He explained how to effectively clean my teeth using an electric toothbrush. He also explained the cause of sensitivity in my teeth and which toothpaste to use to best care for them. He also recommended getting medication to treat acid reflux which is damaging my teeth.

As this was my first visit to Longfellow Rd Dental Practice, it felt unfamiliar at first. However from checking in at reception, to meeting the dentist and nurse who will be treating me, I found them all to be very kind, helpful and considerate. The practice itself was very clean and well organised.

I've been with Dr. Mathias for quite a while, and I must praise his unwavering dedication to his patients. His excellent tooth straightening services and deep expertise in orthodontics have always made me feel confident. As I near the end of my treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend his exceptional care and expertise to anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic services.

10 out of 10. Shazia Is absolutely amazing! She did a very small filling on my front tooth. My smile is 100 per cent better now. She showed me how to floss correctly without damaging my teeth. Very thoughtful. I'm disabled and she managed to get a downstairs room. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks!

Had a great check up visit to the dentist. Rosie is very welcoming, reassuring and gives a thorough check up and advice on dental care and hygiene. The surgery has a nice backlit sky and cloud scene on the ceiling which aids relaxation. Visiting here is always a nice experience.

Had receding gum very sensitive & part of another tooth was very sharp, bit missing, , the other dentist couldn't help with these! But Anastasia was happy to try and help and has been great, sorted my gum & tooth out, never felt the injection either with my gums. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Phoned Monday 8am, had broken tooth at the weekend. Had 'sit and wait' appointment 9.40, out and all sorted 10.50 by kind and knowledgeable dentist. So grateful for this efficient, caring, professional practice which I have attended for years, and keeps getting better.

Dr Ahmed undertook my treatment today and was fabulous! He explained everything as he went along and was extremely polite and professional at all times. His colleagues with him were also polite and professional and I would certainly recommend this dental practice.

Had a toothache right at the back top left! It was affecting my sleep and eating. I telephoned 8.00am 4/9/23 the receptionist asked if I could get there at 9.00am which I could. I don't know the name of the Dentist that treated me but everything was sorted within 2 hours which is excellent service considering I called on the off chance. While I was having the extraction the Dental nurse was excellent holding my hand and helping me to calm down my breathing.

I've been using Longfellow Road Dental Practice for as long as I can remember purely because I trust them and they put me at ease. My Doctor is 'Rosie' who is quite simply excellent. In fact I've moved from the area but still travel a 300 mile round trip to the Practice. Reception team are equally as professional and efficient. Everything that can be done to relax patients is done. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Overall experience at the practice was good and the reception team are helpful. Dr. Ahmed is a great dentist. He is thorough and reassuring with explaining dental options and delivering treatment. My overall experience with him has been positive. Very happy. I would recommend him to new and nervous patients.

First visit to Longfellow Dental Practice and it was a first class service from the minute we arrived. The dentist was wonderful with both myself and my son explaining everything every step of the way. We both felt that this practice was excellent in caring, hygiene and professionalism. Went to this place for the first time on the 25/07/23. I hadn't been to see a dentist in 10 years due to my last dentist wrongfully giving me a filling when one wasn't needed and had been terrified to go back to one since. I thought it'd be best to go for a checkup since I hadn't been in so long. I called my last practice and found out I'd been take off of their system therefore asked around and got recommended this one.

I signed up online and filled out a form and within the hour got put on the register and got to call and book my appointment with no issues, in fact the lady on the phone was very helpful since I was so nervous. During my visit I didn't have to wait very long to be seen to and the dentist and assistant were very reassuring and comforting after I told them about my previous experience.

I was in there for about 10 minutes and they walked me through each step they were taking which put me at ease. In the end they said my teeth were in perfect health and Just recommended that I floss my teeth before bed. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist before and would happily recommend to anyone in need of one.

When contacting the surgery for an appointment, I did not have to wait for long for an appropriate date for my consultation. On the day of the appointment, I arrived on time and did not have to wait long to be called in. The dentist and his assistant were pleasant and efficient. The only comment I would make is that instructions being given me during investigation and treatment were very quietly spoken which made it hard to hear, particularly when competing with the suction machine. Overall a very good service
