So its 27 December a bank holiday and I'm in despair having tooth pain since Xmas eve, at my wits end and in very severe discomfort and with a fever, I phoned the surgery and used the emergency number to speak to the on call Dental surgeon, who arranged to open up the surgery in 45 mins time, and as it transpired I needed a molar extracting, but the thing is I'm not even a patient at the surgery and Dr Watt helped me out anyway, I am just so grateful to Dr Watt for leaving his family at Christmas time to help me, thank you very very much.

So I have now been with Charlie for 4 years and have followed him from the previous practice we were both at. Is it a coincidence that in these 4 years I have not required any treatment? Especially considering I went through a period where pretty much every time I visited work was suggested and in large part carried out. Charlie is a pleasant human being and all about prevention as oppose to treatment. (Clearly very capable in the treatment aspect also if/when required) You could not ask for more in a dentist. Additionally it would be remiss of me not to mention the Hygienist at Euston Place - Julie, who works in tandem with Charlie to be able to achieve the stable outcomes referred to above. Thank you both

I am receiving really excellent treatment and advise from my hygienist Amy Hayes, she is taking so much care in teaching me techniques to improve my oral health. These techniques are really working, and Amy was really pleased with the improvement, and was so encouraging on my recent visit. The receptionists, and everyone I come into contact with are always a really professional & friendly team With Doug Watt's expertise and exceptional treatment it really is a lovely practice that I highly recommend.

I saw Amy Hayes, the dental hygienist today and she was just fantastic. I really felt she understood the factors that influenced my dental care and took her time to explain everything really well. Really friendly and kind and most importantly a great dental hygienist. I am more motivated than ever! Thank you!

I've been going to this practice my entire life (31 years), and Bill Slora took wonderful care of my dental health right up to his retirement. Since his departure I've more-or-less been treated like a second class citizen at the practice as I use the NHS; due to the wonderful care I've received from Bill for the first 27ish years of my life my dental health is great - not one filling and no sensitivity - and as a result I've no need to pay for private care.
There's a part of me that wonders if that's exactly why they're not taking care of me; good teeth don't line a dentists' pockets. Last year I had to spend an insane amount of money on a tooth infection because I had to visit a second time as the first round didn't treat it. My normal dentist was on annual leave so I got charged for emergency treatment (it wasn't an emergency).
It's probably the most I've ever spent on my teeth and I've had two wisdom tooth extractions. I'd say about half of my check-ups get cancelled and I got bumped off to another dentist that I haven't yet met, because my first appointment with her got cancelled. It's a good practice, and I trust them when I get to see them. If you need private dental care I'd highly recommend, but if you need base level care on the NHS there's no point.
It's actually incredibly sad, because I used to actually like going to the dentist. I loved going in to see Bill as a child and as an adult, and now I'm trying to work out if it's even worth the effort anymore.

I have been a patient of Euston Dental for four years now, I am a difficult patient in that I have complicated medical history due to treatment for an illness that requires greater care than normal. Mr. Buckle has always been extremely considerate of the issue and has ensured that I have fully functioning and good looking set of teeth going forward. Exceptional people and service, many thanks.

A great dental practice. always very friendly and professional. Dr Mulligan is my dentist and I've never felt better about how my teeth now look and also how to care for them properly now after years of less than perfect care. Everything is always explained very clearly and with great care and attention to detail. Always pleasant place to visit, and I have never been a fan of visiting dentists! Cannot recommend highly enough.

From reception onwards, this practice is sympathetic, attentive and efficient. The receptionists work hard to ensure it is this way and make you feel comfortable. My own dental surgeon, Dr Paul Mulligan is highly skilled professionally but also personally so. He takes time and explains the condition and all the options for the treatment to me. He seems to have access to the latest approaches and he has the latest tools at his disposal. But as important is the way he treats me as a whole person. I wish he had been my dentist earlier in my life. I trust his care completely
