Sean is an exceptional dentist. He is a brilliant communicator and explained fully how he could treat my troublesome root canal work. I am a nervous patient, very anxious on my first visit. He talked me through it step by step and this provided great comfort. I was dreading the work but with Sean's care, expertise and the support of the the brilliant team at Highland View by my second visit today, I was calm and relaxed. I couldn't recommend him or the practice more.

I have had 8 weeks of extreme pain because I have cancer and needed treatment by a specialist oral surgeon. I was referred to Philip who was Compassionate and knowledge accommodating to my fears. Amazing treatment highly recommended. Fantastic staff.

I have only ever received the best service at this dental practice. The latest being a tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. I made a call and the very lovely receptionist made me an appointment the next morning. As always the tooth was sorted out by Philip and his brilliant nurse quickly and effectively. I cannot thank them enough. I have always received 5* service.

From a bright welcome at reception, reassuring dental nurse and Sean patiently guiding me through a root canal; turning my dreaded appointment to a positive experience. All staff at Highland View are fantastic. Thee Receptionists are helpful and polite, the Hygienists are so thorough and explain the treatment fully, giving advice on how to improve dental health. Sanjay is a fantastic dentist, if you are a nervous patient I can't recommend Sanjay more highly. I used to dread dental appointments before joining this practice, and would put them off for as long as possible!

However Sanjay has since worked on a tricky filling for me, and made me feel relaxed and at ease through what was a complicated procedure. I was fairly nervous but he explained everything so thoroughly and is incredibly patient. He ensured that I felt comfortable throughout, allowed me to ask questions and take breaks if i needed to - which allows me to feel more comfortable having preventative care rather than leaving my issues until they escalate and require more intense treatment. Health and safety protocols are second to none, extremely professional yet caring and kind team who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was anxious coming into the surgery due to being in pain for around a week due to an infected swollen wisdom tooth. The dentist Philip Hayter put me at ease straight away explaining and showing me the issues and how he could help. I got quite emotional at one stage due to the pain but Philip and his dental assistant comforted me and gave me the best care.

I can't thank Philip, his assistant and the surgery enough. Very high standards of cleaning also. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and ensured everyone was adhering to their covid rules. Could not fault surgery at all. 10/10 would recommend

Exceptional service! Was able to get an appointment the next day and the service I received was outstanding. All the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Ben reassured my fears and concerns over my crowns that have broken and now need replacing. We have a plan in place and I've received the finance quote I requested within 24 hours. I feel confident that I'm going to get the help I needed and so pleased that I found the surgery! Thank you!

I recently had 3 extractions at highland view dental surgery. I am very nervous and anxious when it comes to dentists but philip was very reassuring. I had sedation for this procedure and I can honestly say I don't remember anything. No anxiety. No pain I would thoroughly recommend them.

Have had all our dental needs met at Highlands from a Professional team that manages the routine and addresses our individual needs as a family. Specifically the orthodontist has built up a great rapport with our daughter that has made a long ( covid drawn out) process at little easier to manage. From the welcome at reception to the hilarious ( questionable? ) jokes we all leave with a smile. and one a little brighter than when we walked in. Highly recommend them.

As a nervous patient I always feel at ease when I go to this dentist. I have recently had to undergo root canal which I had been putting off for years. Sean was amazing with me and tried his best to put me at ease, which I am very grateful for.

Attended today for an emergency tooth extraction. I have a huge fear of dentists but Sanjay Chopra and the team put me at ease from the moment I arrived. Felt no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure and Sanjay explained everything he was doing whilst constantly checking on me. Have already booked my follow up for January and can confidently say I will be booking regular check ups!

As always, I was put at my ease even with the Covid measures in place, I felt safe as they are taking these precautions seriously. My dental care was checked noted and thorough. I would recommend Helen if you are in anyway nervous about attending a dentist. I have made another visit for treatment and was pleased that the safety for covid is still in place, I do feel I'm in safe hands every visit.

First visit to surgery found to be very efficient and understanding. Most impressed and satisfied. No hesitation in recommending.

Attended practice to see one of their dental hygienists - Sarah yesterday. A little overdue. Excellent clean. First class instruction & advice re: ongoing oral care. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would like to share my experience with you all. For many years I have had a morbid fear of the dentist chair and have avoided using the dentist and have subsequently neglected my teeth and dental hygiene. Fifteen years ago I plucked up the courage to attend the Highlands View Dental Clinic and over a number of visits I was given several new teeth implants.

These new teeth have changed my life and I cannot thank Sanjay enough. Because of his care and compassion I no longer fear attending appointments, and fifteen years down the line my not so new implants are still in very good order. Thank you. Pamela

I had the loveliest dentist perform a double tooth extraction. I was so scared and nervous but he totally put me at ease and I had a really good experience in the end. He was patient and understanding that I was really fearful. The procedure was absolutely fine and now I don't even know what I was so scared for! I am healing really well and have had no problems 5 days on, they even called to check up on me yesterday. Thank you so much :

My daughter chipped her front tooth! The results with some bonding that matched perfectly with her own colour teeth were fabulous! Thank you so much, great service and very good with my 13 year old, who is very nervous when it's comes to dentists! Highly recommended
