Very welcoming environment clean and fresh looking my Dentist was ready and welcoming when I arrived at the waiting room. After and initial check on which teeth were to be extracted this was accomplished in minutes and I was free to go armed with a sheet of paper with instructions of what to do in case of a bleed. Friendly helpful staff, both front of house and clinicians. After nearly 30 years with another excellent practice, we were concerned we'd never find another surgery as good - we needn't have worried. Excellent service all round. Would have been 5 star if automated reminder system didn't bombard with quite so many reminders!
