Easily the best dentist in Chelmsford. The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. My dentist is Dr. Vasileia who I couldn't recommend enough. Extremely clean and bright inside. A really great practice all round, throughly recommend.

I've used Advance for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Not having to wait for laboratory work is such a bonus. They do it all on site instantly. The dentists are all really great, Vasileia is outstanding! She's patient and understanding with us nervous patients. She talks through everything and checks in with me all the time to check I'm ok. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

I was a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist, but Advanced Dental changed that. The staff are wonderful, the practice has cutting edge technology and my faith in dentistry has been restored. I've had dental implants and can honestly say it was the best money I've ever spent. Had an hygienist appointment today with Lorna who is always welcoming and friendly and after a thorough, painless clean, reassured me that my gums were fine around my dental implants. Great dental practice.

I have been a patient of this dental clinic for the last few years and I highly recommended. There is no waiting time, the reception staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Philip Sterrett is professional and knowledgable, explaining with patience all the options. All my appointments have been a good experience and I have been pleased with the dental work done.

I had a toothache and had to get an urgent appointment. As I was unable to see my usual dentist, Andy, because he was fully booked, I saw Mo (who I had seen on another occasion). He was extremely sympathetic with me as I am a very nervous patient and he took the time to discuss my options with me in a friendly, unrushed and not at all pushy way. I felt very reassured by his advice. I wouldn't trust any other surgery apart from Advance Dental Clinic with my dental care.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Advance Dental Clinic. I have had Invisalign treatment with Vasiliea, who was so kind and friendly and put me at ease immediately, I am delighted with the results and pleased I finally decided to go for it at the age of 56! I have also had hygiene appointments with Amy and Lorna who were both professional and friendly. A lovely team, I would thoroughy recommend!

I visited Lorna today the Hygienist once again first class service from her. I visit every 3 months for clean and polish. Lorna always greets me with a smile and is always welcoming. Ensures you are comfortable and to make her aware if any discomfort occurs. She makes sure your visit is as pleasant as can be and makes enjoyable conversation and puts you at your ease. She is a very valuable asset to this company.

Considering visiting a dentist is not something I would choose to, or look forward to doing, the staff settled my nerves and made me feel very comfortable. I had a impacted wisdom tooth removed with Mo, found the whole experience very pleasant and smooth. He had done a excellent job and staff are very friendly and kept me informed with excellent information. I highly recommend this dentist.

I never thought I'd be compelled to write a positive review about a dentist. I've spent years dreading my visit to the dentist but Advance Dental Clinic, specifically the excellent Dr Vasileia Manoloutsou, has changed that. From start to finish, the staff at this practise is reassuring, knowledgable and reasonable. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality shows in their work. Now actually looking forward to my next check-up. Will you pay a few pounds more than NHS treatments? Probably. But not by much and it's worth every penny.

I went to see Andy yesterday as I had some trouble with my teeth. I'm undergoing treatment for cancer. Andy and his staff are so approachable and I had a lot of questions. Always been very impressed by the quality of care received here. Everyone is very friendly and professional and really puts you at ease. It's a lovely purpose-built practice and very well equipped with the latest tech. Just had a one visit CEREC crown and filling with Dr Manoloutsou- she was brilliant, explained everything in detail and took time and care to make sure the end result was perfect. Highly recommend.

I have just finished treatment for an implant, my 2nd with Dr Phil Sterrett. I cannot rate the treatment I received more highly. He is excellent at what he does, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. The various nurses have all been excellent. The practice is well run, and all the staff are kind and helpful.

The services that I received from The Advanced Dental Clinic were excellent. Dr Mohammad Sattar was a wonderful surgeon, and he as well as the staff were friendly and ensured that I am properly informed about my health and care. I was referred over by my general clinic and I can see why. The results were amazing and I highly recommend this practice.

I just wanted to say a great thank you to Andy and his team for my bone graph yesterday! I've been putting off my bone graph for years and when I was recommended Advance dental clinic, I knew straight away it would be the one for me. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, from the consultation to the operation it was so quick and stress free.

The whole reception area and the rooms are immaculate, even upon arrival they did their safety checks for Covid which I was pleased, during these hard times. When arranging my following appointment it was a date and time which suited me and very surprised how early they can book you in! Thanks again! See you soon

Brilliant experience from start to finish. I have cleft lip and palate and have had work done on my teeth for over 35years. I was very nervous when I came in but was soon put at ease as everyone was so friendly and professional. Mo was fantastic! X-rays were taken, casts were made, everything was explained to me in detail and he answered all my questions.

All my old bonding was removed and replaced with 8 of the most amazing realistic looking teeth. I never thought I would have a great smile but thanks to Mo and the team I have the most fantastic set of teeth and can't stop smiling! Thank you so much! X

Have been going to James at Advance many many years now and have never had any problems since. I have had troublesome crowns and problem root canals in past but since work been undertaken at Advance no problems (fingers crossed) once work completed. Also have a filing on my front tooth which James has successfully repaired and made to look very good when in past I had been informed by other dentist that I would need my teeth sheered down for veneers to get a decent smile.

More recently I wanted to enhance my smile and was referred by James to his colleague Sunny who specialises in composite bonding (amongst other things) and I am over the moon with the result a big difference to my smile without damaging my own teeth and great service from Sunny and dental nurse Vicky. Advance is night and day compared to other surgery’s I have used - spotlessly clean, state of the art technology and best techniques - I never feel nervous going in as I know I will not feel any pain even if having a big job done and that the results will be top notch.

If work needs doing I am in very competent hands. This place would be great for nervous customers- even my children don’t mind a trip to the dentist to visit James and then Lorna for a clean - they especially like the free apples on display during non Covid times and lip balms they often given!!

Having a complex for years about bridgework which was ugly and then I accidentally fractured my front tooth, it was time to get them sorted. I did extensive homework to find the right dental clinic and came across the amazing reviews for Advanced Dental. They weren’t wrong! Sunni discussed my options and came up with a treatment plan that has given me the most amazing new veneers and bridgework. Wow!

I now have the confidence to smile without feeling the slightest bit conscious 😁, something I have never experienced before! So a big shoutout to my amazing dentist Sunni for your friendliness, honesty, expertise and care, not forgetting the rest of the team for making the practice so welcoming and friendly

My daughter and I went today to see Lorna who had so much empathy towards my daughter, who had recently had a bad experience at another dental practice. She really took her time calming her nerves and easing her anxieties. My daughter found the experience really comfortable and loved Lorna and her fun, caring and kind nature. I also was delighted with my hygienist appointment and my teeth feel amazing. Terri at reception was very accommodating booking us in for our next appointment, and was extremely patient while I tried to sort it around school holidays. Looking forward to our next family check up with James and also to see Lorna again too. Thank you for such a lovely and relaxing hygiene appointment today. I would highly recommend advance dental to friends and family.

Modern light, bright and exceptionally clean practice, with a great team of staff at all levels. I went in (with some apprehension I must admit) for the "Teeth in a Day" implants operation, and was soon put at ease and felt completely relaxed about the whole process. Before I really knew it, my old upper teeth - or what was left of them! - were out completely painlessly, even though a couple did put up something of a fight!
Really, really pleased with the final result; I have now got a beautiful clean upper set that I can proudly show off when laughing or smiling.

I can't believe what this has done for my self-confidence. A fantastic job from start to finish by a terrific team all round, and my thanks to all concerned.. I would highly recommend Advance Dental to anyone.

I’m not quite at the end of my treatment another six weeks or so, have had the best experience and loving being able to eat . Can’t wait for my permanent teeth. Thankyou all for being so lovely. You’ve been patient and have looked after me soo well. I was the most nervous patient at dentists( hence my bad teeth) but once I made the decision to get implants I haven’t looked back and they’re worth every penny

I've just finished my Invisalign treatment with Vasileia and am absolutely thrilled! It was a super quick process, as I only had to have them for 19 weeks and the results are amazing. It was always a pleasure as well going into the clinic, all of the staff are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Advance Dental Clinic. I cannot recommend highly enough. My very long bridge recently broke, I needed extensive work done, but I am so scared of the dentist. ALL the staff were so kind, caring and just totally wonderful. My dentist and his wonderful assistant were just the best, reassuring me and explaining everything and always making sure I was ok. Appointments were always arranged to suit around my work. I have never been anywhere where the people are so nice.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough!. years of not smiling because my front two crowns were mismatched and old. I had a fracture in the root canal of one which was caused by an infection. my crown couldn't be cemented in anymore. so I decided I had to bite the bullet and have implants. I was recommended by a clients husband who is a technician.he told me about Andy Moore. what can I say!. he is the loveliest man. so knowledgeable I was advised by him to have both front teeth done I also needed a bone graft to sort out the fracture.

I was concerned about paying but I was able to save for each appointment and did it bit by bit. in between I saw Lorna who is a hygienist. again the loveliest person so gentle and thorough. in fact all of the staff are just lovely. friendly and so helpful!. please please if your looking for implants or other work just get yourself booked in!. I have a smile again at 52!

I have also received ongoing support and education from Lorna Glessing, dental hygienist, which I have found invaluable. The receptionists are also very kind and considerate. I was referred to Andrew for a bone graft before I could have implants, I was very nervous about the procedure as it was quite intrusive but in Andrew and his teams safe hands I had nothing to worry about, they were professional, the practice very impressive and welcoming calming the nerves. I cannot express how good my experience was and highly recommend Andrew and his team.

I visited a number of other practices before Andrew and frankly they may have had a London or Harley street address but I never got the confidence in them like I did Andrew. Top man, top practice.

I was an extremely nervous patient who needed all top teeth replacing, after visiting 6 dentists for consultations I felt most comfortable at advance, they were the only place that offered the treatment in one operation, everywhere else said it would take a few steps over a year. Andrew Moore was extremely professional and gentle, James made my new teeth so like my own people haven't noticed and the sedationist was that good I don't even remember his name!

After such extensive treatment I had prepared myself with a cupboard full of pain killers, anti inflamatories and milkshakes, none of which were needed. I had no bruising, swelling or pain and again no one has noticed a thing. I was able to get on with normal duties the next day. The quality of service is outstanding and the staff really do help you feel more relaxed and I felt my dignity remained throughout, I can't thank them all enough. The cost was no more expensive than anywhere else so felt I have had excellent value for money, they are worth every penny.

I'm lucky enough to have the inman aligner as I know other type of braces take much longer. I like this clinic, everytime I dealt with them, I got courteous service with a smile, and the orthodontist always left no stone unturned, when it came to information and advice.
