Services
As a general dental practice, we offer the full range of services you require to maintain oral health. We specialize in private orthodontic treatments including Invisalign and Inman aligner. We also offer implant treatments. More detailed information is available in the Your Health. We will conduct a thorough oral examination and may need to take X-rays.

Very rude and unhelpful. I was told by 111 to contact them to help with an emergency dental issue but the receptionist simply kept repeating "we are not taking on new patients" despite me trying to expain that I wasn't trying to register, that it was a one off emergency and that they are listed on the NHS website as being available to help with dental emergencies. Will avoid at all costs in the future.

After Kind & Dental cancelled my appointment with the Hygienist for the 2nd time at short notice, the person on the phone felt it appropriate to rudely lecture me about people having time off sick when I pointed this out. Maybe a simple apology might have been more appropriate. Your staff need some customer service training ASAP.

Had a filling put on my front tooth by a top dentist in Stratford in 2005 which never came out or chipped. Came to this Dentist for a separate issue where he accidentally pulled out my filling by catching the top of his utensil on it and then poorly filled in a replacement. It broke non stop where I was visiting him on a regular basis to the point where he actually said anyone else would have given up by now.

Due to his poor skills and attitude I just gave up and stopped going. The filling still has a chip in it which I now will have to fork out big money for to get fixed elsewhere because no other dentist is going to discount me for another dentist flaws and errors. Avoid at all cost

I'm an NHS patient and have been to the practice a couple of times. I have just had my second routine check up and I saw the same dentist both times. I was very happy with the service, it seemed thorough: She examined my teeth and gums by eye, tooth by tooth and her assistant recorded observations and then took an x-ray of both sides of my mouth to make sure there was no decay between my teeth.

She advised me of a technique to brush less hard to avoid damaging my gums. I was happy with the visit and felt like I was treated well. I haven't had to have any treatment, but based on what I have heard from other people I would feel confident that they would talk me through different treatment options, and not just simply advise of the most expensive.

Amazing dentist. Had my first wisdom tooth removed and the dentist walked me though everything and kept me calm every step of the way. Could not have asked for more. Thank you.

I took my child there for the first time. I had booked the appointment before I saw the reviews, so I was worried and kicking myself for booking before reading but I really needed the appointment so didn't cancel. I needed a quick appointment and got one (next day!) and I'm so glad I didn't have the same experience as some of these other reviews. The receptionist was friendly and professional.

I couldn't find the place at first so had to call and she patiently gave me directions and was friendly when we arrived. The dentist was great too. Made my 5 year old feel at ease and didn't leave us waiting in the waiting area for ages as I've found some to do. Maybe this receptionist I saw is new and isn't the same one as the earlier reviews because she just did her job, efficiently, without being rude

If you are an nhs customer you will never get the treatment you are entitled to & required by law. This in turn will lead you to have more dental issues. Incredibly rude & discourteous dentist, receptionists & hygienists. If you don't believe me just look at the reviews. I just wish I could take legal action for the way in which they have dealt with me over a period of 6 years. Incredibly unprofessional practice that takes great pleasure in making you, the client responsible for their incredibly bad attitude. Reviews are there for all to see.

Feared the worst when I had a bad tooth infection a few weeks ago, Kind and Dental saw me that very same day, and help sort out the problem straight away, then helped me see a specialist as soon as possible. If it wasn't for them I'd have ended up in hospital and I couldn't be more grateful, I'm now back to my best. All the staff I spoke with were so polite and helpful which takes away a lot of the worry!

I have been a patient at Kind and Dental for nearly 2 years now. I am usually very nervous and don't attend as regularly as I should, but I have really built up my confidence with the help of my fabulous dentist Dr Nishat Lakha, who has been nothing but kind and patient with me. The receptionist is also very friendly and really helps you feel at ease if you are a nervous patient like me, she always has a welcoming smile on her face.

I have also started taking my Autistic son to Kind and Dental, he is a difficult patient, but again the staff here are so good with him, patient and kind, I highly recommend this dental practice.

Been coming here since I was a child, over past few years the whole attitude has changed. They seem to care more about what they can charge you for than actually helping. Made to pay Band 1 charge twice for treatment on same tooth (only a week apart) which still hasn't been fixed and is only as issue in the first place because previous filling done on the tooth didn't last and fell out.

I now have to wait 3 weeks to have it removed. When I asked why I was being charged twice and they couldn't give a clear reason and receptionist kept contradicting herself. Even though neither were rude to me, you can tell the receptionists on both sites have an attitude problem. One even made the dentist stand there for 5 minutes waiting for something while a patient was still in the chair because she was on a personal call that really wasn't important.
