I can highly recommend TLC dental to everyone! Appointments are quick and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My hats off to Hamida (the practice manager) who runs a tight ship and a great team. Well Done!

Absolutely recommend this dental practice, on arrival was met by very professional and polite receptionist. I was seen by Dr kellie Jones very welcoming and professional made me feel relaxed and at ease explained all the stages of my treatment needed. I seriously recommend this practice and I have been to many in Newham hands down this is the best. Thank you TLC.

I would highly recommend TLC Dental, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I was lucky to have Dr Anisah Begum take care of me. She was very careful and explained everything she was doing. It was almost relaxing having her treat me. She's definitely the best dentist I have been to so far.

After being welcomed into the practice by the loveliest of staff, I was privileged enough to be seen by Dr Anisah and Nurse Peggy. I cannot recommend them enough! My experience at TLC dental was memorable to say the least. I was initially worried and anxious before my appointment, but I left feeling reassured and confident. Dr Anisah has an incredible eye for detail and listened attentively to all my concerns, she explained everything so well that I left feeling a lot more educated about my teeth.

Nurse Peggy was absolutely lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The level of professionalism, skill and kindness was unmatched. I will definitely be back in future.

I was welcomed into the practice by the most friendliest of staff and was seen straight away. My appointment was with Dr Anisah and Peggy, who I cannot recommend enough. They were incredibly attentive and listened to my concerns, whilst making sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire procedure. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist but now I feel so much more confident. Dr Anisah treated me with such care and kindness, I will only be going to her for my dental needs. Peggy was incredibly lovely and reassuring, I left the practice knowing that I was under the best care possible.

As somebody that is terrified of dentists, I was met with a lot of empathy and a very understanding team. I recommend this place as they have provided an excellent service, from the reception to the dentist. Thank you.

My experience with TLC Dental and Dr Anisah Begum has been extremely great so far. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Anisah Begum has been very helpful, patient, gentle and generally very good. She took the time to explain me carefully every treatment I was going to have. She is one of the best doctors I have had. I would highly recommend TLC Dental.

I have been coming to TLC Dental for a very long time and never had no problems. I have even moved but still travel to come and use their services. Dr Kelly is my dentition and she's amazing, she gives me treatments that I didn't even know I could have, she's so friendly and airy she's definitely my tooth fairy! You can tell she has studied hard, she knows what's she's doing.

The receptionist are so welcoming they work under pressure and still have time to great me nicely. My children's teeth are perfect too and they enjoy going all the time and have competitions about whose teeth are healthiest! Thank you so much TLC never leave we need you! I'm off to rock my new tooth now!

Be careful! I choose this dentist because of the amount of good reviews it had and my experience was horrible. Something was off so I decided to analyze all the reviews one by one and then I noticed that they all exaggerated about the experience like going to the dentist was the best thing in the world and they had not felt better in their lives. Another thing you also see is how most of these people only reviewed once or twice through the app, which could mean that the accounts were only created to do that review.

My experience at TLC Dental was absolutely brilliant. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. My treatment was with Dr Kellie Jones and Maya, who were both very professional and great at their jobs. I felt at ease right away and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, despite me being someone who typically does not like going to the dentists. The treatment itself was thorough, and I received all the help and advice I needed post-treatment too. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone who asked!

My experience here was great. I got the Invisalign treatment here and Dr Kellie Jones was the dentist that looked over the whole process. Dr Kellie Jones and the staff at TLC Dental were very friendly and welcoming, always helping answer any questions that I had regarding the Invisalign treatment. The whole process took a year, and I am happy with my results. I would very well recommend getting the Invisalign treatment here at TLC Dental.

For years I've struggled with finding a dentist that makes me feel comfortable and that I trust to make my teeth look as best as possible, I could not have wished for a better result. Dr Kellie Jones has been outstanding. Not only with the most fantastic job but she has consistently made me feel comfortable and reassured. Choosing the right dentist can be daunting, however, I can confidently recommend Dr Jones as the best dentist I have been to so far.

Too many problems too mention, including broken crown after a couple of years, and failed root canal.

I visited TLC Dental after being recommended by a friend. I'm a very nervous patient but I was made to feel relaxed and at ease. Every step of the procedure i had done was fully explained to me. The procedure itself went really well and i felt like it was as very comfortable. The great service i received here makes it worth every single penny and I am confident to recommend this practice to all my friends and family - which I have done!

Never go near TLC Dental. This Dental practice is a facade for treating patients with incompetent staff, overpriced products and carrying out unscrupulous practices i.e dentists applying braces, when only an orthodontist is trained to (which this practice has none but claims to). The dentist, (won't call him DR - does not deserve that status) duped me in to buying their braces treatment, persuading me that he was an orthodontist infact, it transpires that I was given the braces treatment by the dentist, who was NOT an orthodontist by trade, but an amateur, incompetent, inexperienced and uneducated so called dentist.

His practice manager, lied throughout the process when I approached her about the disparity in the treatment expectations. In a nut shell, this practice is selling braces treatment at the cost of a professional orthodontist would, but the treatment is performed by incompetent dentists who have no further knowledge of orthodontics - (you need further education of 3 years to qualify as an orthodontist!).

Please avoid at all costs. These so called professionals are NOT what they claim to be and their contracts and practices are so abhorrent it beggars belief they can get away with it. There is NO Tender Loving Care when it comes to the practice robbing you of your hard earned money! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR FABRICATED FEEDBACK glorifying their services.

TLC dental surgery has transformed into a very professional, modern and to a high standard dental surgery. You would think a surgery like this, would be place in some high street, or shopping centre where the foot-fall is high, but its not. It would be hard to describe the location, just that its on Terrace road? where is Terrace road. exactly. The surgery front looks bright and glossy with large glass windows and doors. layout.

Sign board - big and bold black and green, very similar look to Foxtons. First visit - was a consultation visit and I have to say I am impress, very high-tech, Screens on the ceiling, on the wall, a tablet and a computer all to make the experience - easy to understand and pleasurable, lets be honest - who likes receiving bad news about their teeth.

The staff are kind and friendly, and made me feel at ease. Subsequent visits have been just as good, no hassle, very flexible and very professional. I have been to other dental surgeries previously before changing to here, it is a completely different experience, I had to chase appointments, been given loads of flyers and pamphlets, the surgeries themselves have seen better days.

I believe not all, but most dental surgeries, chemists and post offices are the last to revamp, re-modernise, and to embrace new technology and its a shame, almost neglected. I am glad this dental surgery has taken the step for this part of the community. There is a high demand here unfortunately, so going private would probably get you seen quickly. The prices are also slightly higher than most places, but you get what you pay for, and I enjoy the higher level of service here.
