Very friendly dentists and lovely hygienist there. However, they do need to do something with the receptionist (one of them at least) or re-train her in handling customer conversations and phone calls. If it was business as usual, she was fine, albeit not smiling at you ever. When it is not, she is just not helpful. Again, no problems with the dentists there.

I'm sad to see the negative reviews about N12 Dental Care. I can only speak on my own experience. I have a fear of dentists due to childhood memories but N12 Dental Care has consistently treated me and my family well. My family would highly recommend them.

Have pain my teeth, he try to take out my teeth which was absolutely fine was little broken on edge after that pain get worse a weak. big mistake to go there I tell him do route canals he said no possible only he want to take out my teeth. I go smile care few yards away dentist he did route canal than feel much better thanks God

The best dentist, I have ever been to Dr h. Kafil and his assistant couldn't do enough, I had an extraction and a small filling. Dr Kafil. Kept asking me if I was OK, all the way through my treatment, did not feel any pain whatsoever, and the receptionist were very kind and helpful.

Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn't explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it's my first time to go for "register only"and the receptionist said you are late! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn't find a space and I moved new to this area! I explained that but there was no mercy!

And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram! They also didn't say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It's only a form you need to give it to me get my details! I don't know why she didn't let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting! Plus the receptionist didn't welcoming! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist!

This dental practice sadly puts revenue above safety. It can provide treatment. However, when it comes to the health and safety of patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, this practice, unfortunately, fails to meet patients needs. I was due to visit a hygienist on 25 March 2021. However, a night before I have developed COVID-19 symptoms. I contacted the practice.

The receptionist informed me that my deposit for the hygienist visit could not be returned due to the rules of the practice. I believe such an approach places patients and staff in danger as it might discourage other patients to cancel appointments when, for instance, they develop COVID-19 symptoms. This unfortunate experience made me reconsider further engagements with the N12 Dental Care practice.

Had my first Hygienist Teeth Cleaning with Desiree, She is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and professional service, almost no pain, and my teeth look pretty cleaner and healthier than before. Hight Recommeded!

Wonderful, clean and friendly practice. The hygienist always makes me feel very at ease, and does a very thorough job - my teeth are always gleaming afterwards! dentists are lovely, always listens and advises without being pushy. I have been a client of this lovely dental practice for nearly 5 years. They are professional, caring and friendly. If I ever have a dental problem I am seen very quickly and I am so grateful. I am not a spring chicken anymore but still getting compliments on my teeth! They must be doing something right!
