Just had my dental appointment with Sophie and as usual very caring and considerate and understanding of my nerves and I never thought I'd say that I enjoy going to the dentist , all the staff are so lovely and love the banter with the receptionists, thank you for making me feel at ease.

As an anxious patient I've spent years avoiding dentists.until I discovered Charles Landau Dentistry. The patient experience from start to finish is first class. My dentist, Sophie, puts me at ease from the beginning, ensuring I am comfortable, relaxed and informed of each step of the procedure. The entire staff team are friendly, professional and always go the extra mile to help - super responsive in dental emergencies. The surgery is modern, super clean and the environment Covid safe. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to and would highly recommend Sophie and the team.

The receptionist I spoke with was rude and confrontational. I have been a patient at this clinic but she refused treatment for a crown that had shattered because it had been just over three years since my last visit. Two of these years have been during a global pandemic. Her guidance: find another dentist because I waited too long between visits to them.

This is guidance is not helpful in a dental emergency, neither were her cold and aggressive manner. This type of service is - regardless of an emergency situation - is shocking.

Fantastic experience. Professional, friendly and super COVID safe (even post lifting of COVID restrictions). Great follow up, very caring.

I just called up to book in for an appointment. I have been told that I will need to pay 65 for a consultation fees even though I am an NHS patient. This ridiculous, they are trying to make monies out this backlog of patients that really need the treatments. I have explained that I just been for an emergency appointment from 111 referral practice and been referred back to my normal practice to complete the treatment of root canal and filing.

I would give no star to due discrimination between NHS and private patient, Now the rich can be save through this COVID. Disgusting behavior, the receptionist explained we are not taking on NHS client. Even if I died from my tooth pain I ll not use this practice Again! Btw I am already registered at this practice prior to COVID. Which is why I am writing this review. I am not frustrated and I am concern with the way they treated NHS patient. Not equal. Discrimination!

I've been coming here for 4 years and honestly they are one of the best dentists I've been to. Sophie, in particular, always does a great job and is friendly and puts me at ease. Thanks!

I had a chipped tooth, they were great at fitting me in the afternoon for an emergency appointment, they were able to repair the damaged tooth and it feels like the same. Great dental service and customer care. I believe it to be one of the best in Islington.

A truly superb dentist. The Practice itself is absolutely pristine and the customer service by Grace is exceptional. To top it off Ben is undoubtedly one of the best dentists I've ever come across. Highly recommended!

Reception did everything they could to squeeze me in for a last minute pre-wedding appointment. Meticulous scale and polish by Nick. Big thanks to Karen and the lovely reception team for fitting in my whitening appointment so quickly, too. A friendly dental practice who clearly genuinely care about their patients. Particularly impressed that you can keep this up with all the extra covid precautions you're having to take. Thank you!
