Myself and family have been patients here for more years than I care to remember. It's always an anxious time when your dentist retires but the transition was made easy. The long term receptionists know their patients. Sally and Tracey are always personally welcoming, accommodating in an emergency and very knowledgeable with advice on the phone. My hygienist Charlotte is friendly and her work is excellent.

1st time.running 30 mins late. At one point 8 people + 2 in reception in a non ventilated area. 1 receptionist with hacking cough. Not good enough Your reply. You have my contact details. You are aware of my mobility ssue. You could have saved me a trip. I did not say the receptionist had covid. I said she had a hacking cough. Both contagious. One patient came into the practice unmasked. The room was airless. There were nurses walking up and down constantly.

I have been a client for over 30 years. I have always found Kelvin House staff to be unfailingly welcoming, polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice wholeheartedly.

I've had a similarly bad experience. I joined this practice for Paul Downes' great reputation. Sadly, he retired shortly after I went on their books. I did let my attendance lapse but needed emergency dental care last week. I called to make an appointment only to be told I couldn't be seen until Christmas Eve.when I pressed the receptionist about getting an emergency appointment she told me those are reserved for more regular attendees and by the way, because I hadn't been for 4 years the price would be 81 instead of the usual 65.

This left me with excruciating pain that got so bad I had to call 111 over the weekend, when a dentist called me back, listened to my symptoms and straight away prescribed strong antibiotics. Luckily, another dental practice in Whitstable has taken my condition rather more seriously and I have an appointment there within the week. Having said all of this, when I have had treatment at Kelvin House it's been good but unfortunately how you are treated over the phone leaves much to be desired.

I have been going there over 25 years, Paul Downs looked after all my family, especially my children. Routine appointments every 6 months. He was amazing and deserved the wonderful reputation he had. Sadly now, I feel very, very let down, it seems the Practice is money orientated and my estimate yesterday was extortionate. I won't be going back.

I've been coming to this surgery since 1978, when it was originally just one room above the Shobab Tandoori. It's a private practice and I'd hazard a guess probably one of the best in Kent. Staff and surgeons are friendly and super efficient. Not many look forward to seeing their dentist but I'm very lucky to have Dr/Mr Parm as my dentist. The surgery is clean and bright, and has free WiFi which is good for taking your mind of the needles that await you prior to your restoration or filling.

There are 4 surgeries on the lower floor and a hygienist upstairs. There's a well maintained garden out the back and a clean loo. Car parking at the front is great too. If you are lucky enough to join the surgery as a patient you're in the best hands. Five Stars are well deserved!

I visited today to have my teeth cleaned with the hygienist. It was my first time having Susan clean my teeth and she has done an amazing job. My teeth have not felt this clean before, she has done a thorough job. Thank you

Great dental surgery with wonderful, attentive staff. They have implemented a very secure environment in which to receive treatment and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Keep up the good work!

They are amazing at this dentist, I have a critically ill child and they've been superb with her, patient, caring and very considerate to her needs. We are all now going to the practice as a family. very happy
