Jade Dental Practice

Originally I went to Adil for Invisalign treatment after hearing good things about the dentist, I was alway nervous about going to the dentist but after my consultation I had so much confidence in Adil I decided to use jade dental permanently. I previously went to other dentists enquiring about Braces/Invisalign however Adil was most confident about getting me the results that I wanted and after just 11 months my teeth were completely transformed and I now have so much confidence, I have recently started using their Phillips zoom home whitening and just after one application you begin to see results. I really recommend Adil he is very professional and a experienced dentist I will never go anywhere else now.

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review for Dr Adil Khalil. I am a dental nurse myself and I used to work with Adil at a previous practice. I have worked with many good dentists in my career to date, yet there are few who stand out like Dr Khalil. I immediately warmed to the kindness and honesty he shows to each and every patient. Therefore, enabling patients to feel completely at ease. Alongside Adil's professionalism, patients always receive first class treatment and expert knowledge.

From nursing with Adil, I knew I would travel far and wide to ensure he is my No.1 dentist. (We currently drive a 2 hour round trip for our dental appointments at Jade Dental Practice) My boyfriend and I are both signed up to the Jade Maintenance Plan, whereby our payments are spread out over 12 months for our check-up and hygiene appointments, which is really convenient for us.

I have also recently completed my treatment for Invisalign and Tooth Whitening and I couldn't be happier with the results. Once again, Dr Khalil went the extra mile to provide a really Top Class service. My step father is also now booked for a Periodontal assessment and he will be travelling a 4 hour round trip from his home in Sussex to see Dr Khalil, as he comes so highly recommended. Now, behind every First Class Dentist, is a First Class Team!

On arrival at Jade Dental, we are always welcomed by lovely, smiling faces! The receptionists, dental nurses and hygienists all add up to make Jade Dental our first choice for dentistry.

After being recommended to go to Jade Dental Clinic I can honestly say this is one of the nicest dental surgery's I have been to. The staff are friendly clean and professional. The dental treatment is second to none. On my visit I had the hygienist which was so gentle and thorough and some further dentistry done. A* If you want a good dentist then here it is.

I can safely say my fear of the dentist is gone since going to Jade Dental. Always helpful and make you feel comfortable and in safe hands. I've just finished my invisalign treatment and I'm so so happy with the results! I have been with jade for 15 years, as soon as I went onto NHS for pregnancy, they see me as NHS turn their nose up and don't treat me as an individual, the practioner dentist does this too, he even didn't fit my shield right and told me to bite on tissue, did not care. I went in for a teeth clean today and when booking the appointment I have not been told there are different prices for hygeninst.

They booked me in for 45m which is 69 I always have had the 30 mins at 45, I am more then happy to pay the 45 and I said this but they kept bringing up NHS even when I never mentioned. They made it out as it was my fault and because I'm on NHS or some sh? I spoke to the hygeninst and she just rolled her eyes and still was avoiding the issue that this has never happened.

How can they act like this has always happened? They were saying "because I haven't been here in ages". No, this has never happened even though I haven't been here since last year. They only have just put the prices up on the desk, it was always 45. I wouldn't speak about it if it didn't happen before, right? the receptionist couldn't even look at me and appropriately talk to me about my issue, kept shrugging and I thought we could be adults?

I have adhd so I need that extra time to communicate, people who are experiencing anxiety or difficulties don't come here they make it worse, I spoke to 3 people, I even had my sunflower lanyard to let them know I have a hidden disability, they've known me for 15 years so why now am I a nobody? I spoke to the manager and she said "if you're leaving here you may not find a dentist to give you an NHS contract" I came for a teeth clean at the price of 45 not a debate about NHS, its more appalling that they look at me as I am a commoner, I have the money babes, I just don't want to pay it to you. Honestly, customer service and hospitality? This place is the worst. They've had those horrid brown couches since theyve been there. Ew. Standards are not up to scratch.

I have had two recent visits at the Jade Dental Practice seen by Dr Aadil. It was a flawless experience and my teeth have never been in better hands. Very professional, and the work carried out is unremarkable. Highly recommended.

I have been using Invisalign for the last 18 months to straighten my teeth. Adhil is fantastic and has worked his magic to make my teeth look as perfect as they can be. I would definitely recommend both Adhil and Invisalign if you are thinking of improving your smile.

I have just finished having Invisalign treatment at Jade Dental with Adil. In less than a year I have gone from wonky to wonderfully straight teeth. The staff are very caring and take their time with you. I suffered a panic attack during one treatment (nothing to do with the staff - just my own dodgy head!) and Adil was very kind and patient at helping me.

The practice has the most up to date equipment to help with the Invisalign treatment so there's no plaster impressions it's all done by a laser wand that scans your month and teeth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade Dental Practice and if you're thinking about getting Invisalign treatment I highly recommend it.

Fantastic clinic! I am super nervous when it comes to dentists. Everyone in Jade Dental Practise are excellent from dentists to reception staff and makes you feel looked after and comfortable. Highly recommend and definitely the best in Ashford.

Adil and the team are second to none. Amazing service all round. Anyone thinking of trying Invisalign will be in the best of hands! Shout out to the hygienist team. I have regular cleans and can't praise their care and professionalism enough!

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

Thank you to jade dental practice for such an amazing experience. I had my wisdom tooth extracted with Dr khalil a few days before my wedding day. I was really nervous and was expecting the worst. Dr khalil reassured me the whole time and put my mind at ease, The whole process was over and done with so quickly that I had to double check my teeth was actually out!

After that I was very confident in having him as my dentist and went on to have my Invisalign treatment with him. He took time to explain the process in detail and answered all my questions. It's great how he takes time to explain every last detail. I am really happy with the end result and can't get enough of all the lovely compliments about my teeth.

Overall I've had such a great experience at jade dental practice and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The service is exceptional and the staff are great! Really helpful and accommodating and really do go the extra mile for their patients. Thank you to all :

I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown.

Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you're in good hands. I am very impressed with the quality of treatment and service. Overall experience was great too - friendly and helpful reception staff. I would highly recommend Jade Dental Practice.

I had a root canal on my molar which other Dentist told me needed to be extracted but thankfully Dr Khalil saved this tooth for me and now it has been over 3 years! Thank you so much! I have now been seeing Dr Khalil for many years as i am a very nervous patient and he makes me feel at ease. I am now nearly finished my Invisalign treatment and am very happy with my results. I would recommend Dr Khalil to all my family and friends he is amazing.

I am very happy and satisfied with my experience at Jade Dental Practice. I had my teeth and deep gum cleaning done by Suzy a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been to a dentist for over two years and accordingly the condition of my teeth was bad! I was expecting reprimand, pain and discomfort. On the contrary, I found Suzy to be extremely gentle, polite, efficient and positive.

She patiently answered all my questions, skillfully cleaned my teeth/gums and explained in simple steps how best to maintain my dental hygiene. It was probably the best experience I had at a dentist's in my life. Thank you Suzy and the team at Jade for providing such wonderful care.
