Visited the Teeth for Life surgery as an emergency patient after a 45 minute drive from Abergavenny. I had previously had 2 other emergency appointments at other surgeries that had not gone well. This was a completely different experience and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. The receptionist was lovely and the dentist and assistant were both understanding and professional.

Clearly explained what they were doing and made me feel really comfortable and confident that the problem was being sorted. From a big guy who hates going to the dentist, than you so much

Dentists are excellent shame about one of the receptionists. Rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. Will now move family elsewhere due to this continued unprofessionalism.

Had to use this Dental Practice as an emergency patient. Everyone from the reception staff, and especially the dentist who treated me were absolutely lovely and so caring. They instantly realised how much pain and discomfort I was in, and the most important thing seemed to be from her was to do something to help ease that pain as well as investigating what the cause of my problem was.

Even though I live in Newport, I would be more than willing to join and sign up with this practice. Residents of Caldicot and surrounding arras, you are so lucy and fortunate to have a place like this on your doorstep. Don't abuse it, and look after it. Thank you so, so much Teeth for Life

An excellent, friendly dental practice. Appointment times are always set to the type of work you're having done, meaning patient appointments run to-time. The staff are professional and friendly. I've never had any discomfort or pain whilst having work done. Highly recommended!
