Possibly the rudest and most unprofessional service yet. Called them up about late photos and didn't receive any apology and was essentially told that i was in the wrong for expecting my photos to come on a bank holiday monday as much as i was told by their staff in store that I'd be expecting them on that day.

This business has a 10 minimum rule which means every time I want to get a roll developed they charge me 10 (when the actual cost of the service is far less). When you ring and ask for the amount to be credited to your next payment they are either not aware as they do not keep a record of credit to your account or they say that too much time has passed and your credit is no longer valid. I am no longer using this business as they use this 10 minimum rule to extort money they haven't earned.

UPDATE: Great response! Talking about posting my private pictures over here. Very professional! And no, you can't post them due to GDPR policy btw. But don't worry, I can do it myself. There you have it, a picture of the film (12 shots roll), you tell me if this looks like you can scan something from it. But apparently they think it's fine to charge 11 for useless scans, like you see below plus 4 completely blank.
Oh yes, one good shot, which was the first one of the roll. The other 7 you can see them below. What you've done was sneaky and you know it. I even asked you if the scans are ok before I handle the money and you said yes. All the best Scammers! I came to develop a 120mm roll, I explained that I opened the camera by accident so it might ruined the film, if that's the case I specifically ask to not scan the ruined pics.
And that I would just pay for the negatives. He said yes, sure. I came next day to pick the negatives and pay; I asked the guy if there are some scans or the film was ruined. He said to my face there are scans and the films was fine for exceptions of 2-3 pics. I paid and left the studio. Minutes later I received the email with the "scans". The film was literally ruined.
On the link they've sent me there were literally one shot plus 7 black squares. I paid a full price event tho I asked to please not to scan a ruined film. They took the money and lied to my face and now they don't even reply to my emails.

The guys down at Analogue Films are really helpful and professional. They're still open for drop off even during lockdown which has allowed me to keep producing images. I always pay for the cheapest service, which is 3.99 for develop and scan. The scans are quite low resolution, but I think I may experiment with rescanning once I get the negatives back after lockdown.
The scans come out great and true colours. One of my scans did have a few artefacts on it and a beard hair across it, but mostly they've been great. Offering a service like this at a price like this is amazing for the film photography community and allows you to really get into the process of shooting film. The feeling of excitement when I get the email to say my film scans are ready to download is immense.
Really great business and really great service. I've attached some of the recent scans I received back from them, just in case anyone wants some examples. Edit: I've now also tried their develop only option and scanned the negatives at home myself. The service costs 3.50, which is a great price! Included in this is all the development, but they'll also cut the film into strips for scanning and put it in protective sleeves.
As usual, the negatives came out looking great. The only complaint is the first film strip had some scratches on, I imagine this happened when they were getting it out of the canister. I was able to remove the marks in Lightroom after scanning, so no harm done.
