I visited this practice in Strawberry Hill, Twickenham for advice. His solution was to cover teeth with plastic glued on veneers. The bloke didn't even bother to clean my teeth first. Over several weeks these things were scratching my tongue and inner mouth which caused me great distress. I returned several times for a useless chat about "how I should deal with it".

The female so-called receptionists were frankly rude and unprofessional and just kept 'fobbing' me off with excuses for an easy day. I had this so-called "treatment" assessed and removed by a local professional dentist who undertook a thorough assessment and agreed to write a report for the pending court hearing. I eventually took this Strawberry Hill Dentist to court and my costs were recovered. I still have proof of all of the above including phone calls. Your choice!

Absolutely awful experience. The dentist is a misogynistic tragedy and utterly unprofessional. He gave me a hugely inflated quote and became aggressive when I questioned him about it, finally giving a 5% discount. However, he then wouldn't commit to this in writing, or the fact that he had said that any extra work would incur no further costs. When I pushed for this he called me with a very hostile tone, wouldn't allow me to speak (!) and told me he was dropping my case as I had dared to ask him to write me an email.

On top of this he was extremely unflattering towards his other patients, swore profusely during my appointment and reeked of desperation, telling me how 'hot' he had been in his youth. Avoid at all costs.

I visited Stawberry Hill Dental Clinic for the first time seven years ago and instantly felt in safe hands and was about to start a journey in which, Paul Starrs was going to do what he does best and transform my smile. I have had both Veneer's and Implants and couldn't be happier with the results.

I'm a nervous patient and was dreading my treatment, but I have to say Paul and his skilled team were so good and looked after me so well. Taking the time to go through each process as it happened, and if I wasn't comfortable they gave me time to prepare myself. I'll never look forward to a dental appointment but I would certainly recommend the professional competency & first class service. Thank you
