I would highly recommend the Thames Othodontic's the staff is amazing, very kind and professional. Dr. Stephanie is very polite and professional she took me through the whole process this was when I visited the surgery to inquiry about the invasligin and here we go after one year and 2 months I have got the result I wanted the best smile ever. I am so grateful for all the hard work the Dr. did and so for her team. I cannot praise this surgery highly enough.

Great experience from start to finish. The team are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. My teenage daughter is really pleased with her teeth, we even get the odd smile from her now and again! Highly recommended.

After nearly 2 year, my braces are off and my teeth are great! Everyone there is amazing and their covid response has been great.

The Orthodontists were very gentle and understanding with the patient, telling them what they are going to do and doing so very smoothly without feeling a thing! Even asking here and there if the patient is feeling alright to adapt to them, while apologising for any discomfort they might've caused (no accidents ever happened) The Reception always talked calmly and helped out patients when (for e.g) they missed an appointment.

The prescriptions the Orthodontists gave did not hinder me whatsoever during school and were customisable and fashionable. Any discomfort I felt with them were very mild as they gave the teeth time to move, not rushing them whatsoever. The 2.5 years went by much quicker than I had anticipated and I'm sad to leave this Orthodontics. The only negative I can give is that they had dull dental case colours, yet had many colours however.

After 2.5 years of treatment my son's teeth look absolutely amazing. The team were very friendly and efficient and the treatment was always professionally undertaken. The improvement in my son's teeth is unbelievable if you look at the before and after treatment. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

My daughter had braces with Thames orthodontics. Removed after a year. Her smile is ammmmmaaaaazing (no honestly - even though I'm biased!). Staff were efficient and proactive. Really pleased with how everything went. Highly recommend.

NEVER GO HERE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.THEY TOTALLY MESSED UP MY OCCLUSION PLUS I DEVELOPED A WHISTLE THEN THEY REFUSED TO RECTIFY THINGS AND TOLD ME WHERE TO GO DESPITE MY COMPLAINT AND OBVIOUS STRESS. I HAVE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER ORTHODONTIST TO HAVE CORRECTIONAL TREATMENT, COSTING ME A SECOND FORTUNE. IT HAS BEEN A VERY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE OWNER OF THE PRACTICE IS UNETHICAL, ARROGANT, UNEMPATHETIC AND EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT.

My 14 yr old daughter has just finished 1 year of invisalign and the transformation has been astonishing - her teeth have gone from a right old mess to literally perfect. We compared the prices and services of a few invisalign 'specialists' but Thames Orthodontics were by far the best and we really pleased we went ahead with it. Incredibly professional, state of the art equipment, and also kind, helpful and friendly.

My daughter has had to make sacrifices over the year - you must wear them pretty much all the time, but can't eat with them in, and you must brush your teeth before replacing them, so snacking/eating on the go is tricky. Surprisingly she's had virtually no discomfort, perhaps a little achy every now and again early on, but really minimal. Not only do her teeth look amazing, they will be so much easier to keep clean, so her long-term oral heath prospects are so much better. We're delighted.

My experience at Thames Orthodontics has been amazing. My teeth were very overcrowded and I never thought I'd be able to have even vaguely straight teeth without metal 'train-track' style braces which at my age wasn't something I was comfortable with. In just nine months my teeth were transformed. It was something I had thought would never happen for me and if it did I assumed it would take years.

The staff are all fantastic, lovely, kind and professional people. I would recommend this treatment to anyone in my situation and can honestly say I don't think there is a team I would rather have worked with than those at Thames Orthodontics.
