Went there few weeks ago with enormous pain caused by tooth abscess. I was unable to book an appointment anywhere. I made about 30 calls, here I was able to get on chair within 2 days! Stomatologist Hannah Neve, done an X-ray and advise me to save the tooth and perform the root canals treatment. 1 week on antibiotics followed by 2 appointments week apart, no pain what so ever, all done under the local anesthetics! Hannah and her assistant are the people you want to see if you suffer, polite, professional, no messing about, they get the job done and I could get on with my live again. 2 weeks after I do not feel any discomfort and its like nothing happened.

Gentleman in the reception was extremely helpful and professional. The whole surgery is nicely designed, also I didn't have any issue to find the parking around. 5 Stars for your golden hands, thank you. In the times where people struggling to see their GP, here seems to be, no problem at all. Thank you again!

Not welcoming. Dentist was very rude, I didn't feel comfortable in there, if you ask questions you need to book it again and pay 50 for booking, and i paid 219.50. i didn't understand why i paid 50 extra for, and poor work 2, and the nurse didn't know what she was doing, i was shocked. I won't recommend them,

First time vising the dentist in many years and has been a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and veyr professional. I was able to book appointments very fast and recieved first class treatment. I will definitely be returning and would urge others who are thinking about booking a dentist appointment to go with this place!

Couldn't recommend this practice enough! Hannah made me feel totally comfortable and at ease, standard of patient care is fantastic. Chris at reception is always friendly and very helpful with any queries. All around a great team and brilliant service!

Perhaps bad timing as the assistant was on maternity leave so i ended up holding the suction during my procedure. I found the dentist lovely at check ups but during procedures became stressed which made me anxious. Attempted a root canal but then said tooth needed to be extracted. I found a specialist dentist who was able to treat the root canal and save the tooth. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

The team here are really lovely and take the time to explain everything they're doing. I went for adult braces and Hannah Neve was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, and the team are always quick to respond to any communication. I'm super happy with my new smile!

I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time due to health anxiety and previous bad experiences. I made Hannah aware of this during my consultation, and she immediately put me at ease. After a thorough check-up, Hannah explained my treatment plan and took the time to reassure and answer all my questions. I was able to book my follow up appointments, and a visit to the hygienist, quickly.

All of my procedures have been painless, and I am really pleased with the results. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. I would also like to say that the hygienist is lovely and did an excellent job. And Chris, the receptionist, is also very kind, polite and helpful. I'm so pleased I came to Queens Park Dental Team; the whole experience has really put me at ease about going to the dentist again.

I've been a patient here for a few years and every experience has been entirely positive! I've just finished straightening my teeth with In-Line aligners and am over the moon with the results. All other dental work (1 filling and 2 elective wisdom teeth extractions) has been completely pain free and done to a very high standard. I appreciate Hannah's professionalism and honesty when discussing treatments and feel that she maintains patient autonomy at all times.

I think Hannah is an excellent dentist and trust her 100%. Since joining the practice my overall dental health has improved significantly thanks to Laura the hygienist. She is very friendly and manages to be gentle yet highly effective, giving clear and non-judgmental advice. The practice itself is spotless with a comfortable atmosphere and appointments run on time.

The practice manager, Chris, is always calm, efficient and professional. Their response to COVID has been impressive, with clear measures put in place. The level of PPE that they wear must surely be uncomfortable, but has made me feel very safe! Thank you Queens Park Dental Team.

Chris was great on reception and they managed to book me in last minute for a filling which in grateful for. As such I appreciate that to get a last minute service you have to pay a premium but I found the dentist to be rude and dismissive. I asked what sort of condition the rest of my teeth were in but wasn't given the time of day. A cursory 2 minute look could have revealed another cavity which might have yielded another 215 filling on a follow up appointment but it just all felt very cold and transactional. Just a bit of a shame, I've been to other dentists that would happily give a friendly opinion as part of the procedure.

I came here for the first time for a check up after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years.safe to say due to leaving it for so long, I required work doing. I was petrified but Hannah (the dentist) discussed my options and an plan was put into place. My treatment has been quick, efficient and most importantly for me. pain free! I am so pleased I have chosen this practice and subsequently, I have regained my confidence in visiting the dentist.

So a big thank you to Hannah! I would also like to say thank you to the receptionist (Chris) who is very welcoming and friendly and a thank you to the hygienist (female- but apologies as I've forgotten her name) who provided great treatment, education and advice.

Dr. Hannah is fab! She is so thorough, honest and attentive. Chris at reception equally fantastic, very welcoming and helpful! Definitely glad to have found this dental practice!
