Have used this practice for about 20 years and always had good quality of dental care and appointments prompty when needed at reasonable NHS rates.

I have just finished my Invisalign process with Darshan. He has been really accommodating attentive and solved an issues efficiently along the way. He communicated well and explained process step by step in detail. Would definitely recommend Darsh.

I just called the dentist after not having gone for a while. The receptionist was rude, demanding I know which dentist I want to see/not see to the point I just told her to give me whoever. She then became quite patronising, told me she was "confused" and I couldn't both care and not care, it's 'either one or the other'. This was so rude and I would have hung up if it wasn't urgent.

A really annoying experience for a simple appointment booking and she was not helpful at all. I also can't get an appointment for a month so I'll have to try my luck elsewhere in the meantime.

Appaling! Initially just went to had filling replaced. Dentist seemed inexperienced and filling fell out within a year. She also managed to crack my tooth in the process, which now required root canal treatment. Had an appointment scheduled for 10.40, which was confirmed by them the day before, and when I arrived, I was told it was 11.40! Next appointment in a month! Thanks for all the hassle. Incompetent from start to finish.

Been coming here since I was a child and they have been amazing given I’m such a nervous patient and have a needle phobia. I have had a range of treatments and really wouldn’t go elsewhere. This is where all my family are registered.

Recently had dental bonding on my 2 front teeth. They were chipped and small and made me very self conscious. Saw Darshan who did the bonding. I am so happy with the results and cant stop smiling. Been at this practice for a very long time and I have always had very good experiences here. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for this practice. My dentist, Darshan, has always been very much aware of specific issues which, amongst other things, effect my swallowing. He has undertaken some quite challenging treatment and his manner and professionalism are second to none. Many thanks.

Nikesh has treated both myself and my children. He is thorough, explains everything clearly and provides treatment with care and professionalism. He extracted my very painful wisdom tooth with great care and no discomfort. The reception team are polite and easy to deal with. Only visited a few times in the past 5 years but have received excellent care.

I had been to 2 appointments and they went fine. On my 3rd appt I missed it because my daughter came down with a severe rash. The receptionist called me at 10:09 (9 minutes after my appt time) she could clearly tell it had slipped my mind and told me I'd been taken off their books.

Darshan has done a wonderful job on my teeth. He is so kind and perceptive. I thought the situation was hopeless but his technical skill and artwork means that I can once more smile with confidence again!

I'm an extremely nervous patient - dentist appointments used to cause me nights of lost sleep and fits of tears well into my 20's. But Park Lane Dental and Dr. Shah have been an incredible find for me in London. He's professional, but empathetic and human. I've never felt a moment of pain and my experience at Park Lane has dramatically decreased my dentist stress and fears.

I was suffering with alot of pressure in my gums and extremely sensitive teeth. My usual dentish could not offer me same day appointment. After calling several dentist Park Lane Dental was kind enough to offer me same day appointment. The dentist was amazing and very helpful. Its only been few days and I am already much better.
