I have just had my final implants and veneers fitted this week and the results are amazing. I visited the practice with Dr Mish 13 months ago and got a plan for my periodontal disease. He gave me great advice and listened to my needs and I was able to progress with implants for my front uppers and lower jaw. It was a painless process and everything was explained clearly with checks and support throughout.

I was also referred to Dr Kam and he exceeded on his promise to deliver a beautiful smile. He took great care to understand what I was looking to achieve and given the state of my teeth and my past gum disease I now have my confidence restored and a set of beautiful and natural teeth. If you are reticent or unsure about implants I would say go and see the team here as they will put you at ease and show you what is possible.

You will be amazed at the results and also how painless the implant process can be. My only regret is not doing this sooner. The whole team are fantastic and friendly and will keep you calm, comfortable and informed at every visit. The best dental practice around in my opinion and again my thanks to everyone at both Shirley Road and Wickham Road for contributing to such a successful and transformative outcome for me.

I have been using Kam Sachdev and his wonderful team for many years, in fact when it comes to dental treatment, I would use no-one else. The Gentle Dental Care Practice has state of the art equipment in modern, purpose-built premises. The welcome is always warm and Kam's care is of the highest quality - he inevitably puts you at your ease and explains clearly what needs to be done. He is a masterful exponent of his craft, a lovely personality and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He is the best.

I was such a nervous patient at my appointment after a very bad experience at another dentists years before left me officially scared of the dentist. I went into Gentle Dental for a scale & polish and my experience was AMAZING. I felt at ease, not rushed and she fully explained the process which helped alot. Will definitely be coming back

This is by far the best dental care I have ever had! I went in for all four of my wisdom teeth removed and immediately was very kind and compassionate, always checking up on me asking how I am and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure! Dr. Kam is the best! He is very trusting and everything you could ever ask for! The rest of the staff as just as wonderful too! Always feel very welcomed and warm whenever I go for any of my appointments! If I could rate higher I would! Highly recommend!

I have just had my implants and porcelain veneers completed at this practice, and I can't stop looking in the mirror at my new smile. Gentle Dental Care is very appropriately named. Not only Gentle but caring, professional and friendly too! From booking my appointment right through to my treatment everyone there welcomed me in, took time to talk to me, listened to me and explain every step of the process. I was treated by Dr Iain who explained the treatment I needed, why I needed it and exactly how it would be carried out.

During the treatment he took time to show what instruments and techniques he was using and was so gentle and reassuring throughout I almost fell asleep in the chair! I would highly recommend Gentle Dental Care to everyone and particularly if you are nervous of going to the Dentist. Gentle Dental Care makes it a thoroughly pleasant experience!

My treatment at Gentle Dental care is now over. I have been given the very best care despite the challenges of Covid. From Lucas who is always so welcoming, to Henrietta a hygienist and of course Dr Mish, Dr Kam and Dominica. They are such a great team always so patient understanding and reassuring. They take the time to explain everything in detail and, for someone who was very nervous during the process, always took the time to put my mind at ease.

My treatments included tooth removal, crowns and dental implant all of which were done with the best care and attention you could want. I'd like to say a big thank you to the team and I would highly recommend using Gentle Dental Care!

Highly experienced and seasoned team. They know what they are talking about and the diagnostics they performed using state of the art technology was both accurate and thorough. They took me through the X-rays and provided detailed analysis of problem areas and how they can be addressed. They are not cheap but they provide a value added service.

I've never been fond of going to the dentist, bad experiences and poor dentistry work in the past had made me avoid them unless i was in pain. My initial appointment with Gentle Dental Care was due to the fact that I had a broken crown that needed replacing. After a thorough check up it turned out that I also needed one or two fillings replaced. I wasn't looking forward to having the work done, however, I was more than happily surprised at the level of care and the quality of dentistry performed by a friendly and genuinely caring group of people.

The professionalism and the level of expertise they've shown to me gave me the confidence to feel totally at ease with them. There is a level of patient care given by this practice that I honestly thought did not exist in the dentistry world. Without the support of everyone at Gentle Dental Care I would not have undertaken more much needed dental work to improve the condition of my gums and teeth. Ultimately they are responsible for improving my overall well-being as well as my smile. I can not speak highly enough about these lovely people.

First I would just like to say, I am pain free! After having tremendous pain. Dr. Kam was soooo friendly, reassuring and he's got a good sense of humour! He is just amazing overall. In regards to the other staff at the practice, they were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I just want to thank EVERYONE who I interacted with that played a part in making my surgery a success and help making me feel that everything would be OK (that includes the sedation) lol. A special thank you to Mary, she's also amazing! I recommend this practice HIGHLY.

I am so pleased with the service I received today. It was extremely good. The dentist was extremely patient with me and explained the whole procedure in detail. They were gentle with me and the environment was very clean to a high standard. I left with an even bigger smile. I highly recommend them to family and friends! : looking forward to my next visit

Excellent professional service from start to finish - I was very nervous but need not have worried - the extraction and treatment for implants was explained to me each step of the way. All the staff were very kind and I would definitely say the treatment was gentle - I now have my smile back & would recommend Gentle Dental Care to anyone.

I visited Gentle Dental Care for the first time yesterday and even though I hadn't visited the dentist for years, I was immediately put at ease. The practice is the most modern and high-tech practice in Croydon the receptionist immediately put me at ease and the dentist herself was lovely and kept me calm. I now have a dental plan in place and know what I need to do to prevent further problems. Thank you so much for giving me confidence in the profession again

Left this dentist as fed up with private work being pushed on every visit! Last straw was when i was told my 11 year old son's outstanding treatment that was cancelled due to covid can only be done now privately. We have registered with another dentist with an appointment tomorrow!

Super smart dental practice, which is reassuringly modern, and very clean! Everyone is very welcoming, with an authentic and professional approach to patient care, providing detail on all possible options, and suitable guidance tailored to personal needs. I appreciated the balance between being given the space to make my own decisions, and working closely with the Dentist to formulate an ideal treatment plan.

I was referred to Dr Mish at Gentle Dental Care with problem gums that had been troubling me for some time. The care and treatment Dr Mish and the team have given me has been second to none, taking the time to listen and address my worries & anxieties with patience and care. The treatment has made a world of difference.

Dentist, Dr Mish and his team have been very supportive over the last 4 years, I have trusted and received tremendous results and gained a confident smile. I came in for a dental implant, I was unaware of the procedure method or prices. Dr Mish and the team gave me all the information that was needed allowed me to feel comfortable and safe, there were times I remember feeling a little nervous, the nurse came in the room to hold my hand. It's those moments I will always be grateful to Gentle Dental care.

This dentist was good until they sold out to Gentle Dental. Since then I have had a terrible time with the dentist, hygienist, reception and telephone service. I left a Gentle Dental practice a few years ago because they just treat you like money on a conveyor belt and didn't care for my gums, they spent so much time trying to sell me teeth whitening and cosmetic procedures.

This is how I now feel at Purley Whites, the dentist told me she is required to book NHS appointments at 5 minute intervals, that's ridiculous. I've found a new dentist who treats me like a person and offers me actual care and advice.

I cannot recommend the dentist Dr Iain Michael Soulsby highly enough, I've been using him for years now and would never go to see another dentist, I've even changed practices to use him. I'm such a nervous patient but he always makes me feel at ease and does a fantastic job. The surgery itself is beautiful, clean, staff are friendly, and the equipment is very high tech. Painless Wisdom tooth extraction. I was really worried beforehand but Dr Mish put my mind at ease and before I knew it I was on my way home. Can not recommend enough.

By far exceeded every expectation. Since a young age I’ve been petrified of visiting the dentist but as soon as I met Dr Avi he made me feel very comfortable and now I don’t have that fear anymore. He’s gone above and beyond for me, I can guarantee anyone under his care is in the best hands.

I can recommend Dr Mateena for any dental treatment. She's really lovely and she did a brilliant job on my filling. She is nice, gentle and friendly.

Excellent. Best dentist I have ever seen, I didn't even know the procedure was finished! I am 50 and scared of dentists but this experience was amazing. no pain, no fear, no uncomfortable moments! Mr Sid Persaud is an expert - gentle, informative, professional and also good humoured which puts you at ease. No problems. Good after care advice. I am astonished. Highly recommended.

Worst place ever. Rude staff receptionists. Dentists think they are above you. Had a 9am appointment. Now left an hour early for it was stuck in ridiculous traffic tried to call and explain my situation no answer when I finally got through and I was 2 minutes away they said dentist wouldn't see me as I'm 10 minutes late ridiculous. It's not like I'm travelling in a helicopter and can avoid traffic.

I don't usually use this dentist but thought I would try and find a practice more local. At this practice I was told that I needed crowns which would usually cost 400 but they could fit them for 300 as a special deal. I was dubious so went back to my usual dentist who said I didn't need anything of the sort. Beware. Pros- Staff were friendly.

Fantastic service - in particular they squeezed me in to get an emergency check on my daughter's cracked tooth today. I was so stressed. It was the end of the day, and still they helped me out. Great dentist!

Can't fault the dentist/hygienist but the admin side has has really gone down hill. One appointment not booked, the rescheduled appointment was booked for wrong time which I only discovered after a call from the dentist who called to ask my to change the appointment. That was rescheduled, then then the day before that appointment I had a call to tell me the appointment had to cancelled because the dentist was ill.

Totally understand the rescheduling due to illness but I have been trying to get a successful check up since the beginning of November. Suffice to say I have registered to another dentist.

Very happy with the service for a gum treatment over 6 weeks, the whole experience was both pleasurable and painless - which is a bonus!

As a nervous patient, the reception staff, dental nurse and dentist put me completely at ease. Just had a check up and clean - all done with such care and attention. Would recommend to everyone.

I've never been one to look forward to the dentist, but Purley Whites were great when I went to them in considerable pain. I ended up needing 2 fillings and a wisdom tooth out, however the process was quick and pretty much pain free. The service, and after-service, was fantastic too. Thanks Roxy.

Brilliant just brilliant. This is the place to come, relaxed atmosphere, quiet, welcoming, and really take pride in caring for their patients. They work hard to solve a problem and to make you as comfortable as possible.

I had 3 teeth out (including a Wisdom tooth) and it was so painless the first I knew they had come out was when I was told. Back tomorrow for 2 more to come out and although I cannot say I am looking forward to it, I am certainly not worried or concerned about it. Many thanks to all the help and advice from the team

Absolutely incredible. Service is above and beyond the call of duty. A 20 year phobia of dentists cured in one visit, to the point that I actually fell asleep during a root canal filling! I went in last wk totally distraught with a broken front tooth and I left 3 hrs later with a perfect tooth. Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough

Very good. The staff are nice and friendly and they make sure your ok. You can watch tv whilst you have your teeth done, which distract you from whats going on.

I could not thank Gentle Dental enough for the absolutely SUPERB, genuine and quality care that they have provided me with since the moment I stepped through the door almost 2.5 years ago. I used to hate going to the dentist (which was why I ended up needing numerous fillings, a crown, a veneer and a dental implant) but the team at GDC made me feel completely relaxed as I knew they were always working in my best interest. They are the best in the business and I will never stop recommending them!

My oral cavity used to be a dental grave-yard, broken teeth, fallen-out crowns...fear of dentists cause me to neglect my teeth for years. I finally had to do something about it or I would have to live on soup! I researched many sources and felt Gentle Dental seemed to "tick the boxes". Had so much work needed in my mouth and i could not smile anymore as i was so embarassed, came to gentle dental who looked after me throughout my treatment, they where very friendly and polite and helped me through having 7 implants plus more surgical work done...great team and would highly recomend gentle dental to all. can now smile and eat properly with no fuss

I wanted straight teeth but was always fearful of the dentist so had put it off for years! That was until i required a root canal- eek! However the care and compassion of Dr Avi around my fears gave me the confidence to enquire and now over a year later and straight teeth I couldn't be happier! The support I've received (even when I've been non-compliant in wearing my retainers) has been fantastic.

I'm so pleased I chose the Invisalign option; they're easy to wear, they're durable and you cannot hardly notice they're there- they have minimal to no impact on everyday life but more than that, I'm pleased I chose gentle dental care to help me!

I personally would highly recommend the Invisalign treatment. I found them easy to wear and was happy with the fact that they are clear and relatively unnoticeable compared to other types or braces. I didn’t come across any major problems during my treatment. I am very happy with the finished results and think it was money well spent.

I would 100% recommend this dentist! So happy I chose to do my treatment with them!
