Grand Avenue Dental Practice

Generally has been a poor service. Two repairs on a broken tooth that didn't hold after a few weeks. Charged each time, now has escalated to extraction that they don't do but still haven't referred me for. Depends which "Mr." you get I suppose. EDIT: No I am not happy with the treatment provided, I am having the tooth removed with Quality Dental and will not be using your services again.

I had a really bad experience with a endodontics treatment with Dr. Jay Bala. I went there (as a new patient) because of a really bad headache due to an infected tooth back in April 2021 and the treatment was a painful, traumatic and lengthy one (where my tooth was drilled, filled to removed the pulp/nerves 3 to 4 times, because the infection was still there).the treatment took like 5 months (with a lot of pain, discomfort and constant visits to the dentist)! but the pain came back after a few weeks.

I needed to put this aside aside because of some stomach problems I developed in September, which according to my Gastroenterology it was most probably due to excess of Ibuprofen (which I was taking during the tooth treatment process). Still today I have the problem with my tooth, now I am seeing an endodontist specialist. But I am not sure if it would be possible for my tooth to be treated to be treated due to the whole trauma it has gone trough already!.and in 2 weeks time it would be a year when all this nightmare started!

Mrs Kalaconda is a excellent dentist, makes you feel at ease and very professional, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful too. If you are someone who is nervous about covid safety Grand Avenue Dental Practice is place to go, the full PPE is worn by the dental staff and the waiting area is in a covered outside area so very well ventilated and they have a sensor activated hand sanitizer upon entry to your appointment, highly recommend

Don't go if you are nervous or suffer from anxiety. She will be rude and then refuse to see you again. Completely unprofessional, really rude.

Professional staff, kind, supportive with parents, my kids feel comfortable every time they have an appointment.

So glad I called to make that appointment at Grand Avenue! Very nervous about my first visit for wisdom tooth removal and bowled over by how painless and gentle the extraction was. No painkillers required afterwards and there is no swelling or bruising! Mr Kalakonda, bless you and thank you

Had avoided going to the dentist during the ongoing Covid situation, issues with two teeth made a visit unavoidable, however precautions taken in all areas I experienced were very re-assuring and I felt safe at all times, they have gone to exceptional lengths and I left very impressed.

First appointment during the pandemic was handled very efficiently by caring and helpful staff. Always a relief to get a dental visit over, but more so this time. Thanks for that.

Im a new patient and hadnt been to the dentist for some time but mrs kalakouda put me totally at ease and ive just had a filling which was v quick n moreorless painless. The staff are all v friendly and i certainly wont worry if i need more treatment there. V happy.

I had my first hygienist appointment today with Laura. I was very nervous and self conscious but Laura was very understanding, friendly and helpful. Would recommend the practice and all of the staff there.

I've been going here for more than 20yrs and never had a problem. Plus the staff are lovely and friendly.

I have been going to Grand Avenue Dental Practice for 25 years and been seeing Miss Fletcher for all that time. She is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever known and I put all my faith and trust in her. In the 25 years I have been seeing her I have taken my 3 children to her on a regular basis and now my grandchildren see her on a regular basis. She is very good and patient with children and makes everyone feel at ease. I would recommend this dentist and this dental practice to anyone.
