My daughter started her journey at Reading Orthodontic Centre when she was about 10. Aged 12 she started treatment with Dr Virdi and from that moment on, we have never had a negative experience. The care has been incredible; we have been talked through every stage, with each step explained in detail and with sensitivity. There have been scans, x rays, extractions, retainers, fixed appliances and today, the braces were removed to reveal a beautiful set of straightened teeth, upper and lower. We could not be more impressed with the dedication and skill of Dr Virdi, he is a kind, humble and talented professional who gets incredible results. Highly recommended!

I have two children under the care of Dr Vardi and he's been amazing always checking on how each of the children are if they hadn't managed to get appointments on the same day. My Daughter was very scared and nervous of the dentist at the start of her treatment and after a few visits she relaxed and even looked forward to what was happening next, it was amazing to see the changes in her and the amazing work that was done on her teeth, she's changed so much with hiding away her mouth to now showing people how lovely her teeth are.

This has been an amazing experience and we are very greatful for the patience and care my daughter received and over joyed with her beautiful smile, we can't wait for the end results with my son to follow Many thanks

I am very impressed with the service done by this dental practice. My daughter has had her braces off for over a year and today she had her last check up. My son has just completed the main part of his treatment with Dr Virdi and I just want to pass on to others how amazing he and team have been at both the Reading and Theale branch. My son started his treatment before covid and the service and communication has been excellent throughout. Dr Virdi and his dental assistants have all been very supportive and patient throughout and have achieved amazing results.

The thought of braces can be quite daunting for both parents and children but it has been a very positive experience throughout the process. My son is thrilled to be onto his final stage of retainers after 2 and a half years, but not without hard work and diligent daily cleaning on his part but it has been worth all the effort! Thank you

I can't say enough about our great experience here. Dr Virdi and his assistants are lovely: patient, caring, gentle, throughly explaining everything at each step and stage. A beautiful job with our daughter's braces over the years from start to finish. Very professional settings, from the converted Victorian in Reading to the immaculate new centre in Theale. Highly recommend.

Both my son and daughter were treated by Dr Virdi. They both now have perfect teeth! Dr Virdi is brilliant - he's thorough, knows his stuff and really cares about his patients. He's excellent at explaining procedures in plain simple English, putting my nervous children at ease. What more can a parent ask for?

Only just started but I'm sorry to say it's not great for us so far. Had an appointment cancelled due to covid of the dentist. Totally fine with that. However, was sent a text the next day with a new appointment for the following day. Sadly we couldn't make that time as we had an unmovable commitment. Apparently though that meant my son now had to wait 7 weeks.

He had recently had some teeth removed ready. I didn't feel this was acceptable and was getting nowhere with the lady on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager who was too busy and said I needed to to email her. No problem. However, the email address I was given was the general email address. So wasn't really being escalated was it! I kept trying to explain that you can't just give one appointment time with no discussion with the customer and then say it's their fault if they can't attend.

I would never have taken that slot as we couldn't do that day. We are free any time, any day for the next month other than that day. I explained this. Nope. 7 weeks. My fault apparently even though they cancelled my appointment. I then became quite stern (I did not shout but my tone was definitely more teacher like) and the lady said I had shouted (I had not, just a tone change) and she ended the call. No resolution, no appointment. Nothing. A child with two teeth missing and now what!? Sorry not ok and worthy of this review. You really need to sort out your procedures

Gone to TOC for about the last 4 years and they have been absolutely brilliant. I had to have multiple steps in my treatment as I needed more than a fixed brace and they always explained everything perfectly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I had Dr Virdi for the majority of my treatment and he is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. He explained everything perfectly all the time and is always welcoming. Just a brilliant doctor. 10/10 would recommend if you are thinking about getting treatment here

Both our children have been patients at this practice and they (and we) are delighted with the results and feel they have received superb professional care throughout these 6+ years. We particularly want to thank Sara Jalloul, who without a doubt was the best orthodontic therapist we were ever allocated. Her excellent precision, efficiency and clear, calm and kind communication took all of the stress out of appointments. Thank you so much, Sara, you are a star! Our thanks also to Dr Harper for his professional oversight and care.

I have three daughters who have been patients at TOC over the last seven years and we have been very happy with the service. Communication is clear, staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. Special mention to Dr. Virdi who is a major asset to the team. Equally good with patients and parents, he is always happy to explain the treatment plan and answer questions.

He is gentle, kind and calm. I value that he is on time for the appointments and he works so effectively with his support staff. An all round professional, I am so grateful that he has managed the successful treatment of my youngest two children. Thank you Dr Virdi and the staff at TOC.
