Castle Hill Dental Care

I've never had that fear of dentists, however hadn't been for a few years due to personal issues, the dentist there (so sorry as I cannot remember her name) was very thorough in my first check up in well over 4 yards, and managed to fit me in for several small check ups.

Myself and my extended family have been registered at Castle Hill for over a decade. We have always received excellent care. Yesterday, they excelled themselves, when Dr S Sharma saw my son for a badly chipped tooth. She managed to squeeze him in after a booked initial consult, at the end of a busy day to sort this out (brilliantly) for him. Honestly, I could not even tell which tooth had been repaired, such was the quality of her work. So grateful for the over and above service received yesterday, thank you.

A very professional dentist. I am quite relaxed when I am there which is unusual for me. Always given options for treatment and don't just go for the expensive one first. I have always been very happy with the care I get there.

I previously had a morbid dread of dentists, after having a mouth full of fillings as a teen and some horrible dentists, so Georgina at Castle Hill Clinic is an absolute revelation. I can honestly say that I have never had a dentist come even close to her standards. She is rather lovely anyway, but her dental skills and gentleness are unsurpassed.

I just had a filling replaced today and there was zero pain. Let me just repeat that, ZERO pain. She is so careful and gentle from the minute you sit in the chair. She takes time to administer the injection surely, carefully and most importantly, kindly. I recently had some root canal and almost fell asleep during the procedure. I don't know how she manages it, but she really does make it an easy, pain-free experience while at the same time being quick.

I was in and out today in less than 30 minutes. Having had some atrocious dentists in the past, I wish that she could train everyone to her standards as she is off-the-scale amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. All the staff at the clinic are friendly, including Cheryl on Reception who doesn't do that thing that some receptionists do of ignoring you, or being a bit dragon-like.

Even the lady suctioning me during the procedure is friendly and nice. However, my stars are reserved, unreservedly, for Georgina. I would be so disappointed if she ever left.

I've been a patient here for years, I have always been very happy, with the work I've had done. The reception staff, dentist and dental nurse are all very friendly and reliable. I would recommend.

Me and my family have become patients within the last year. We have all received excellent service and support from the whole team. We have received brilliant support during this time of Covid 19 Lock down. Would definitely recommend.

We as a family have been going to Castle Hill for many years. The whole team has been very professional and always welcoming. Couple of times due to after school traffic we have been stuck in a rush and have been late for an appointment. Even if they are busy, They have always seen us without any issues and understood. Usually we see Dr Rajan or Shavani but today my young son saw Georgina who made him feel so easy.

It's a really clean practice and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also used their other practices for private work and never had any issues. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been taking my children to the Castle Hill dental practice for several years. Dr Shivani is absolutely brilliant with the kids! My youngest has always been apprehensive and nervous with dental visits until we moved him to the Castle Hill practice. The staff and service are friendly and nothing short of professional.

Everyone is extremely welcoming at castle hill. All the dentists and dental nurses are knowledgeable and work to suit the patients needs. I completed work experience here and gave learnt so much about clinical, operational and pastor aspects of a dental practice.

Been with this dental practice for ten years now seeing Dr Rajan Sharma. Always had a great service. Friendly staff, talked through what was happing during my treatments/check ups. Had a jet polish which was brilliant at removing the stains from my teeth. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely will not recommend. The dentist that treated me is fairly new to the practice and after a rather routine treatment my molar became extremely infected. The practice was closed so I ended up at the walk in centre, spoke with 111 a couple of times and even the emergency room as the infection spread by the hour. They all pointed me to the dental practice that did this so I showed up next morning.

They refused to offer me treatment for THEIR OWN COCK-UP unless I paid them 60 to look at it and even more to actually treat it. I found it unacceptable and I said I want to talk to the dentist, because the infection is spreading by the hour and she refused to see me in spite of having waited there quite a long time. The funny thing is, she would have had time to see me had I paid 60.

I've been seeing Dr Rajan Sharma (the guy on the front page of the website) for about 3 years now. He's friendly, sensitive to nervous patients and very, very good at what he does. He is trained as a cosmetic dentist and it shows, the treatments I've had have always been excellent. My wife and kids see Dr Spanaki (I'm sure that's her name) and have similar comments about her work. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
