Park Lane Orthodontic Practice

I required treatment to realign teeth prior to receiving implants. The planned course of treatment was clearly explained and the practice staff were excellent. I could not be happier with the results and would recommend Park Lane Orthodontics.

I went to dental school with Ben. I chose him to provide orthodontic care for my daughter, because he is very gentle and greatly skilled. I wanted my daughter to have the best experience and a great outcome. I also refer patients to Ben. The treatment outcome is always great.

The whole team are warm and bubbly. When booking my consultation they explained everything in detail. They have on site parking which is rare! Everyone makes eye contact, smiles and says hello to you. I did not feel rushed once during my consultation. They explain everything in such detail. They truly enjoy what they do. You see the same faces for all your appointments which you can't help but to build a friendship with everyone there.

Sad my treatment has come to the end but they brought a little gift for me to celebrate the end of my treatment. I almost forgot the beautiful flowers they sent me for my birthday! The best team. The best people!

I have just finished my invisalign journey after 2 years and 2 months! My experience had been excellent throughout. From the very first appointment, all of the team explained everything in detail and were responsive whenever I had additional queries. Paula and team have been so helpful and friendly and managed to continue my treatment through a global pandemic and lockdowns! I am so pleased with my smile after trying to hide it for 2 decades. Everyone at Park Lane are very friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasure to visit. My treatment has been excellent, every step is explained clearly and you never feel rushed or uncomfortable asking any questions. I didnt really know what to expect when I found out I needed treatment for my overbite but Ben and Paula were very helpful and reassuring. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all of you there - both of my children are doing well with their new braces and it was really helpful to have been able to fit in the appointments etc before they went back to school this week. I really appreciate the quick replies, phone calls, Zoom meetings etc - this has been the easiest thing to sort out, which is good because I had wondered if it might be stressful for both of them - but it has been far from that.

I can not recommend Park Lane Ortho highly enough. They are superb. Superb expertise in their field and absolutely the best customer service and experience. My teeth were quite bad and needed a lot of work. I also had the pandemic interrupt my treatment which didn't help. They were excellent all the way through even changing alignment systems as per my preference.

They gave a fair cost which has proved great value for money and even took it by instalments. They had great communications and the reception staff were very proactive which helped me. Don't bother going anywhere else. Thank you.

I've been a customer/patient of Park Lane for nearly 3 years and having now completed my treatment I'm absolutely thrilled with the results, care, and communication I've had from the team. Throughout the process I've known exactly what to expect and when, and been kept up to date with progress and next steps. You get a warm welcome every time you step in the door and the facility is immaculate - even through recent covid times the team have put every measure in place to ensure their team and their clients are seen safely and excellent communications mean you know exactly what to expect when you arrive. Cannot recommend Park Lane enough - if you're even curious about what may be possible, just ask for a consultation and the team will patiently explain all your options. Dithered for many years over getting adult braces but Ben, Paula and the team put patients totally at ease. Everything is explained clearly but in a very relaxed way - no pressure, just calm understanding and a realistic assessment of what can be achieved. They communicated superbly throughout the pandemic and 21 months after taking the plunge, I've just had my braces off and am delighted with the result. Ben and Paula are true professionals and their ethos extends throughout the clinic. You couldn't be in better hands if you're looking for straighter teeth and a better smile.

My review is long overdue. On raising concerns to Paula during treatment about my crooked tooth (imo it was as crooked at end of treatment as at beginning) it was suggested that I find another practice, whilst getting a part refund. For an appointment shortly afterwards, Paula jumped out in front of me whilst I was sitting in the waiting room. In one of my last appointments, she referred to my earlier concerns (which I had been stressed about bringing up again) as MY wobbly moment.

I think not. I would've reviewed much earlier but have only recently found out that I can get replacement retainers anywhere that does the product. So I am now free to say I wouldn't recommend Paula to anyone and I found her treatment of me in the instances I have mentioned above to be unprofessional and upsetting. Plus one of my teeth is still twisted.

I am long overdue with this review as I finished treatment in this practice about two years ago. From the initial consultation through to de-bracing - Ben, Paula and the entire team offered a level of service you rarely see any more. It was a long 18 months to correct my teeth, but the results were worth it and even better than expected. It is a relief not to feel self conscious about my teeth, and it's something I have not forgotten even two years after treatment. I can't thank them enough.

I've very recently had my braces removed following treatment by Ben and his team. I've got only glowing comments to make about Park Lane Orthodontics, which I'll sum up in 3 points: 1. They invest in the best equipment. I don't know much about it, but I do know that my daughters (who went elsewhere) had to take in mouthfuls of putty at their orthodontist, whereas at Park Lane, I didn't: they have cutting-edge 3D scanners instead, and everything else also seems to be top-notch kit.

So much more pleasant! 2. Their investment extends to their staff. What lovely people who live and breathe the Park Lane ethos. 3. which, leading from the front at they do, is exactly the ethos that Ben and Paula portray, that of putting the patient at the forefront of their practice. The end result is that Ben and the practice have totally transformed my teeth.

For the first time since my early 20s (I'm now 49 - why did I wait so long?!), I feel I can fully and shamelessly smile again, and I love it! I'm so pleased that I went to an actual orthodontist, rather than a dentist who also does orthodontics. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ben, Paula and the Park Lane team.
