Rebecca has always been amazing with me. my teeth are so unhealthy and if I have to have a emergency app with someone else she always warns them not to mention the state of my teeth as it will get me high rated, shes always put me at ease and is such a lovely woman! Couldnt recommended her more! The staff team are fab! All doing a great job! Thank you all p.s she will always phone me aswell PERSONALLY if I need her help! She's a absolutely great woman!

I used to have nothing but high reviews for this practice. However since it's been taken over I've received nothing but a service that constantly leaves me speechless and appalled. It's so sad to have seen how amazing this place used to be, to what is it today. Mr P will always be the greatest dentist and I'd do anything for him to come back.

I've been coming to this dentist for some time and it's nice that the new dentist is keeping alive the fine manner and dentistry of the previous dentists.

Aparts of atleast month waiting time, I just can Recommend for anyone. We are visiting this place a few years back now " not so often do" never had any issue with the professional / painless service we received. Thank you Prenton Dental Practice Inc. the whole staff.

After having quite a few appointments as my teeth were in a bad state I would highly recommend my dentist. Steven and his assistant were fantastic, Steven talked me through what was happening and put my mind at rest. Very Professional and caring.

I went back today for the third time with the same problem. A broken front tooth! It has been filled in three times now and the filling keeps falling out, the dentist (the female with blonde hair) said this should not happen then when she apparently finished, the filling dropped out in front of her, so she fills it again and sends me on my way. Now the filling she has left me with is horrid, and highly noticeable and causing me a great deal of stress.

I definitely would not recommend seeing this dentist she is shoddy and a liar. She told me months ago the tooth can not be capped then today it all of a sudden can be at a later date. That's just taking the piss. She is awful do not see her!

I have been coming this practice for years, Alan Parsonage is a fantastic dentist. But can't say the same for the reception staff, very rude on the phone and dis interested in their job. Speak to you like your stupid, I sat and watched them speak to an elderly person like they were incapable. Very rude reception staff, wouldn't recommend to ring there!

I went to the dentist today and got a lovely surprise Lita the lovely amazing dentist was back, Yippee. If you have any nervous problems about getting your teeth done or going to the dentist, she is the dentist you need to go to, honestly she is absolutely the most calmest dentist I have ever been to, this then transfers to you. She is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend this dental practice especially Lita.

The time keeping of this dentist is absolutely terrible having to wait over half an hour after the appointment time and still not given an a apology, another thing there car park can only hold two cars maximum without getting blocked in! Far from a good service!

I have been a patient of this practice for around 12 years and have no complaints whatsoever. Some may find Mr Parsonage a little "brusque" but I appreciate his direct manner. Never failed to get an urgent appointment when needed. Very recently needed an urgent appointment due to dental pain and just days before Christmas I was seen and root canal surgery carried out with little notice.
