Glencairn Dental Practice

Two less NHS 'patients' using this practice. Couldn't get a check up appointment and was told it was because I'd not been seen for a few years. Yes! Due to covid. Did in fact try during this time only to get fobbed off. Customer care lacking in dealing with us. Told to find a new dentist. Gladly after this disgraceful experience. This practice refused to offer an appointment for my child who had not been seen during covid either. Well done in looking after us there!

Jane is an amazing dentist! She found a solution for my teeth that no other dentist had ever offered (in way of a bridge) which gave me the confidence to smile again. It really has meant the difference to me to have the confidence to show my teeth. So pleased with the care I get at Glenside. I've visited numerous other dentists through my life and no one has ever suggested this to me, took 32 years to get this advice! I actually thought I'd posted this a few years ago but obviously it didn't work!

I am terrified of going to see a dentist. my childhood experience left me so scared of even walking in. So.because I broke my tooth, I had no option but to find a dentist. I read reviews, and chose Glenside. I spoke to the receptionist who understood and told me I'd be ok I was given the appointment today. I saw Jane and her lovely assistant. She put me at my ease straight away and explained everything.

She spoke calmly and professionally throughout my treatment. After 30 minutes it was all over. I was advised I needed more treatment, and I've made the next appointment. Thank you so much for helping me today. My broken tooth fixed and my nerves coped well.

Hadn't seen the dentist for a while over the pandemic and was really nervous. My dentist Owen was really reassuring and made me feel much better. Excellent Dentist and brilliant staff there.

I would very highly recommend Glencairn Bebington to anyone needing or wanting any kind of treatment! Simon and his team of exceptional staff are professional, friendly and extremely approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. Every single member of staff do their very best for their patients. My level of care and treatment could not of been any better, I am over the moon with my implants and the aftercare I have received is second to none. Simon has given me my smile back and my confidence.

I was terrified of getting this procedure done but because it was my front teeth missing and I just couldn't get on with a denture I found the courage to get some implants. From start to finish has been a great experience and completely pain free, Simon and his team know just how to help you relax and involve you along the way. I plan on getting more implants in the future and I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Simon and his fantastic team at Glencairn

Excellent dental surgery, I usually see Jane who is fantastic, very reassuring and always explains what needs doing any why. I have always received excellent, professional care. My children recently saw Owen for their first check ups since Covid. It was a different atmosphere with the distancing and extra PPE but Owen and his assistant were very friendly and calming and put them both at ease for a very thorough check up. By far the best dental surgery I have ever attended.

Was very anxious for my emergency treatment but Jane and her assistant were fantastic, she really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about what was going on. She was amazing at getting my tooth extracted. Very kind and friendly. If I lived closer, I would be registering myself and my family straight away!

Can you please ask your customers to stop parking across the pavement many people in the area use mobility scooters and are being forced into the road along with people pushing prams. This is incredibly selfish and you can clearly see them from the reception area window.

Friendly helpful staff, never had any issues with booking an appointment.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, the dental treatment I received was excellent. Parking may be an issue but there are usually plenty of places available on the other side of the road.

Very Happy with my New Dentist. I Went on my Friends Recommendation. I Went As Another Dentist took my tooth out & Left in the Root and I Was in Agony. And A Lovely young Dentist called Jack Roberts. Worked Very Hard to get out the Damage the previous Dentist caused. I Am So Happy to be A Patient at your Dentist Practice. Wonderful Staff. Excellent Service. See you Soon. Friendly staff but difference between standard of treatment for NHS versus private treatment is marked. My problem is still not resolved despite an excessive number of visits (some of these were aborted due to errors made by their laboratory).

Second set of implants fitted and I must say it is an experience to say the least.! Simon is the heart and soul of the party and the overworked nurses are all good looking.it's a very busy practice and it's totally fun to have your implants fitted here.simon is the principle dentist whose skill has no bounds and the end product is pure heaven and something to behold.
