I recently visited The Stradbrook Clinic for a tooth extraction. I've always been a nervous patient with the dentist and was terrified when I found out I needed a tooth removed so much so that I put off having the procedure carried out for at lesst eight months! With the above in mind I would like to share my experience at Stradbrook Dental surgery.

The dental surgeon and dental nurse were lovely. Kind caring and the tooth was removed gently without any dramas and quickly! And on another upside I never suffered any problems after the extraction either which was amazing. Thank you so much Stradbrook! Really appreciated your thoughtfulness. Definitely would recommend

I have recently changed my Dentist and signed up to Stradbrook Dental for what is going to be an intense treatment plan. I have never felt comfortable with dental visits and was fearing my first appointment with Ben Palin which required a 2 hour appointment. I cannot say how surprised I was that within no time Ben and his assistant made me feel so very comfortable and explained everything so well to me and is so gentle and empathic The two hour treatment flew by and I have never left a dentist so relaxed Now quite a few treatments on I cannot believe how I have now got my smile back - I became so uncomfortable with my smile prior to signing up to have my treatment with Ben At my last visit when Ben gave me to mirror to check the work done I burst into tears of happiness.

I had three crowns replaced and even the temporary crowns looked like real teeth now I have the real ones Oh My Goodness you just cannot tell I have crowns my teeth look amazing I cannot stress how happy I am I have a few more treatments yet but will happily leave another review on completion Why did I not find Stradbrook's sooner they are really amazing and as for my Dentist Ben Palin and his Assistants and all the staff in Tonbridge, I am so so grateful for my smile back and with that my confidence Thank you Stradbrook Dental Clinic

Absolutely useless practice. Only care if you are spending a certain amount. The lack of care is astounding & I have been a patient here since birth. Had a filling done here and it fell out three times, once an hour after getting it redone. The dentist asked me to use the filling that had dropped on the floor and been exposed to the elements to be refitted to the tooth without even cleaning it. Since been to another Tonbridge establishment where I received the care I believe I warranted.

Been visiting Stradbrook for probably 15 years and have always received great, accurate and effective treatment. Probably not the cheapest unit in the SE but as always you only get what you pay for and Stradbrook are worth every penny.

From my first contact to arrange the appointment. I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist. She made me feel welcome and helped me be more relaxed. I was asked to wait in the waiting room. A nice relaxing area with light background music. It was a nice and airy room with a door open to a small garden area.

After a short wait a pleasant young nurse came to take me through to the treatment room. I was greeted by Mark he was to do my Surgery. From the first minute he started with football banta. I had a CHELSEA top on and Mark turned out to be a LIVERPOOL supporter. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. When whole of the area's I walked through were clean and bright.

I am at the start of my treatment having undergone implant surgery. My experience so far has been very good. The nurses and staff were pleasant and helpful and Mark Haswell is very professional, I have heard he is an expert in his field. I look forward to my subsequent appointments and the end result! I've always had wonderful treatment from the Dentists and Staff at Stradbrook over what must be 15+ years and I am sad to be moving on. They were very understanding of my phobia of dentists and helped me a tremendous amount when I needed to have invasive treatment. I hope to find another dental surgery as wonderful in the future.

I had my second visit with Sarah, the hygienist, not having been since I had some implants done by Mark Haswell about six years ago. Sarah is such a nice friendly person which is ideal when visiting your dentist.
