Had a fake tooth since 12 and it never came out even with braces but decided last year to have the tooth crowned and have my teeth whitened, they are amazing! I get loads of compliments about my teeth now! I love them!

It would be a zero star review if that was possible. Complete con artists. Just want to take peoples money without providing proper dental care. My partner has used this dentist and we were shocked at the treatment compared to other private dentists and nhs dentists. Seriously considering an official complaint.

Really good practice and all the staff are professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Diana Dental for implants and cosmetic work. I work in a dental practice that does not provide implants and I would 100% recommend Zoe to anyone who is thinking of getting this treatment. 5*

Went to this dentist being new to the area. The work they advised that needed doing included 5 fillings among other things, I have since been to a NHS dentist for an emergency extraction and they advised one additional filling was needed but no xrays were taken. I have been to another private practice today and had xrays again and only two fillings are required and my teeth in general are in good health. Why would you advise unnecessary work. Financial gain! Rip off don't trust Diana dentist, get a second opinion.!

I am a new patient. I telephoned (Friday) Diana Dental for an emergency appointment. Answer service (a real person). This morning just after 9 am (Monday) had a call that they had a cancellation the same day. I gratefully attended. I had the checkup and x-rays done by Zoe who is simply the best. She is qualified too to do all procedures that she observed that I have had in the past.

Not all dentists are and I was impressed. I was then also provided with an appointment by Zoe for the treatment to be done tomorrow (Tuesday) The emergency work to be done is straightforward and all was not as bad as I had feared. Emails and texts to insert into phone diary. Zoe actually listens and empathises. When I explained my other 2 medical concerns from hospital visits and inpatient stays: was also arranged for a ground floor treatment room. So If you have concerns about going to the dentist because of mobility issues - this is the dentist worth driving to. Organised and kind.

I carnt thank Elaine and Vickie enough for making me feel so relaxed on my first visit for my treatment two week ago to say I was scared was an understatement but from the moment Vickie met me at the door to the end of my 40 minute treatment they were both fantastic. Today I have been back for my second treatment and I wasnt nervous at all. Thank you both so much for making me feel so relaxed I wish I had come to you years ago, I have always had a fear of the dentist, but now I'm fine see you again in three week for my final treatment and then I get to have my teeth wightened I carnt wait.

All the staff at Diane Dental that I have met have been lovely. A special shoutout to Zoe also who I saw, and who set the treatment plan up for me definetley recomend Diana Dental to everyone.

Annual check up was a 20 second look in my mouth, I questioned the practice and was told this was a full examination, therefore I complained. My complaint wasn't dealt with as per Diana Dental policy, owner then decided to make a false allegation and accuse me of raising my voice and use this as an excuse to strike me off the register so she didn't have to deal with my complaint, all of which is untrue and completely unprofessional.

After being registered with the practice over 30 years I've always received good dental care but since its changed hands it has gone down hill I recommend you look elsewhere.

Hello, my name is Dan. Zoey will ensure that your dental treatment is absolutely painless. As a person with an autism-spectrum disorder as well as a severe medical phobia, which was exacerbated by a horrific experience at another dentist, I was initially dreading my first treatment. However, thanks to their dental "magic wand" technology for local anaesthesia, as well as Zoey's understanding and sensitive approach, my first filling was so easy and completely painless.

I was so relieved by the ease of the procedure that I am actually looking forward to getting the rest of my teeth treated as quickly as possible, so I can finally eat my favourite foods and smile with confidence again. I am deeply grateful to Diana Dental for helping me to overcome my dental phobia, and I eagerly anticipate my next treatment, so that I can defeat this dental phobia for good.

Helped me out jurying look down cost a lot of money I'm now back with the nhs the false teeth that I had made there are now in the bin 400 and have been replaced by nhs

Yet again a great experience at this practice. They have managed in very difficult times to continue to provide excellent care, service and expertise, whilst still being as friendly as ever. They have gone above and beyond to provide a COVID safe clinical environment, which is not as easy as it sounds. It was obviously a different experience from usual (waiting outside until called in, one patient at a time etc) but unfortunately this is the current reality, which patients have to understand is for their own safety. Cannot praise Zoe and the team enough yet again.

Never answer the phone lines. Always to message direct, I then never get a call back. Very poor service. In addition, the customer service is shocking. Waiting outside in the rain and charges are very high, for dental work. Decided to go else where - second opinion and I didn't need as much works as quoted.
