This practice is very welcoming & professional. I had work carried out this week to repair wear on my back teeth & treatment to try & prevent further wear. All treatment was carefully explained and the dentist seemed to have so much specialised knowledge in this area of work. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I am new to the area and on my daughter's recommendation I registered at Moody Terrace. I'm glad I did. My dentist Paul has been very thorough and professional taking time to explain things to me clearly regarding various treatments. I feel safe in his hands. Then I had a visit with the hygienist Sally. She was fantastic, the best clean I've ever had. Sally was very thorough and took time particular on a tooth where the gum was inflamed. Afterwards she showed me my teeth in a mirror, the difference was clear to see.with Paul and Sally as a team I am confident I'll have a smile I'll be proud of.

I had an appointment with Paul Davies yesterday to remove a badly cracked painful back tooth. I was very nervous before the appointment, and didnt really know what to expect having never had a tooth extraction before. Paul was very patient and explained the procedure in depth with me beforehand, which was reassuring and helped to ease my nerves. I was really surprised and relieved how quickly and painlessly the tooth was removed. I always feel in safe hands at Moody Terrace. All the staff I have met are friendly and competent and really put you at ease.

Think I have found my forever dentist! Having been let down in my search previously, I was delighted with the service I received here. Professional and helpful from the outset with options explained thoroughly in my quest for dental work, both remedial and enhancement. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I recently moved to Congleton and after searching for a dentist I landed on Moody Terrace. It's been night and day compared with my old dentist, with a particular shoutout to Paul who has been great. After putting off a wisdom tooth extraction for a long time, Paul helped me realise it was a problem that wouldn't go away. I've since had it out in a quick, painless and easy procedure that has healed up in no time whatsoever - can't believe I put it off so long! Strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I recently had what I would call quite a major procedure carried out. Although I am not as nervous as I used to be because of what I faced - a one hour appointment followed by a 30 minute appointment two weeks later - my nerves came back to a somewhat larger degree. Paul Davies the Dental Surgeon I saw for the first time after I lost part of a tooth took the time to outline my options and when it came time for the first part of the procedure put me at my ease straight away.

I never felt the numbing injection he administered on both occasions of my treatment and bearing in mind he knew I was more than a little nervous endeavoured to make me as comfortable as he could. I coped alot better than I thought I would thanks to his understanding of how I felt. I have been with Moody Street Dental Practice for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them.

All the staff are most professional. I have regular appointments with the Dental Hygienists who also take the time to advise me on how best to care for my teeth. All in all a great team!

First appointment with Paul Davies. It was refreshing to have such an in depth examination including a full gum check and mouth cancer check. X-rays where taken and then fully discussed. Paul was very friendly and put me at ease very well. A treatment plan was agreed with a full presentation of prices, timescales and what would be achieved to resolve a problem that my previous dentist had delayed attending to.

A further discussion about additional dental work was very helpful since I have struggled for years with a difficult over bite - solutions were discussed and even a brief demonstration of what could be achieved. Further discussions will take place on this additional elective work once the essential work has been completed. Reception staff were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Dental nursing staff equally professional and supportive. A very polished team. The surgery itself is calm and welcoming and very relaxing. It is all spotlessly clean and all safe practices are followed. So far so good!

All the staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and professional and the dental work I've had so far has been excellent. The anaesthetic is given with care as painlessly as possible and when I had an emergency problem recently they saw me very quickly. I've had a few experiences with dentists who have been a bit 'rough' whilst providing treatment or have lectured me in the past but they are completely the opposite at Moody Terrace.

I'm perfectly at ease attending this practice and would recommend them to anyone who dislikes dentists appointments as you probably won't mind them anymore after attending this practice!

Myself and my kids have been patients with Moody Terrace Dental Practice for many years. We find it a great practice and are looked after very well. We usually see Robin but o this occasion we saw Paul due to having to have a late appointment to fit in with school/college term time hours. Very happy with the care we received and will continue to be patients of the practice for years to come.

After some decidedly dodgy dental work at another Congleton dental surgery I had been put off visiting a dentist. A broken tooth forced me to look for a new surgery. First impressions were great, the receptionist I spoke to was helpful when I called to request an emergency appointment. I then received a call the next day to offer me an earlier appointment as they'd had a cancellation.

Due to previous experiences I was apprehensive but Paul and Amy immediately put me at ease and explained what needed to be done. It turned out to be the most painless dental experience thanks to Paul's care with the anaesthetic and his very nervous patient. My badly broken tooth was filled and repaired and now looks as good as my other teeth. The result is aesthetically brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Ive used my fair share of dentists over the years ranging from excellent to downright butchers! I can honestly say Moody Terrace is head & shoulders above even the best of the rest. All staff are so friendly, they remember you & make you feel welcome. The dental work is really well explained, plenty of information is given & the can always answer my questions. Ive never felt like they were trying to recommend work that wasn't needed (something Ive fallen victim to in the past) and everything that has been done has been first class & painless - even the injections into the gum! How on earth they do it without feeling it is a miracle! 5 stars, thanks so much for restoring my faith in dentists.

Efficient, helpful and friendly. I was referred for urgent private treatment that was carried out speedily and without stress.

The practice itself is very bright and professional looking with all Covid safety measures in place. The reception staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The waiting room was well laid out with what I presume was a relaxation DVD of seascapes presumably playing on a loop in the hope of reducing patient nerves. My appointment was prompt and both the Dental Nurse and Dentist were very kind and considerate in order to put my mind at ease and help me understand the process of my first consultation.

The dentist himself was extremely professional and gave me practical and realistic advice about my best course of action regarding implants. i have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Moody Terrace Dental Practice to anyone considering dental implants.
