Waterer Dental Care is a friendly, modern, stylish dental practice with a warm, welcoming waiting room and high-tech treatment rooms. We pride ourselves on having fantastic staff who really will put you at ease. There has been a practice at our address for many years. It has taken time and effort to evolve into the practice we are now. Of course, we know that most new patients are nervous, but we will listen and carefully attend to your problems and desires to attaining a clean bill of dental health.

An excellent practice. Jonathan and the team are great. I've had some serious work done recently and have been so impressed with everything from the reception team who are so kind and friendly to the excellent level of information I was given regarding my procedure. The final outcomes have been top notch. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I sent an email to this dentist asking to register with them, I didn't receive a reply so a called up, I was told that I would get a call back to register my details or I could pop down, I went down as I still hadn't had a call back after 3 further days of waiting for a call. I then found I couldn't enter the building and had a "call to make an appointment" to be seen.
I still haven't had a reply back to my email 2+ weeks later. Really disappointed with their lack of service. I won't be wishing to register with a company that doesn't get back to their clients when promised.

Really excellent team and service throughout my recent treatment. I was always so nervous about the dentist so I surprised myself by signing up for the Six Month Smile to sort out my crooked teeth. I'm so glad I went with Waterer Dental Care. They have helped me overcome my dentist-phobia and given me a brilliant smile! I've signed up to their dental plan so I can keep going to see them. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Went to Waterer for Six Month Smiles fixed aligners last year. From start to finish the service was great, reception always helpful and informative and Jonathan did a great job of straightening my teeth. He's transformed my confidence to smile, in such a short time frame. Would definitely recommend.

Staff are always warm and welcoming. I have found that the Receptionist is always happy to find a suitable appointment to suit myself. The hygienist offers late appointments which suit my work plans. My dentist takes his time when discussing treatment plans and explains in detail. Check ups are very thorough. Very clean surgeries. 100% Happy and have recently joined the Monthly Plan Scheme which suits my requirements.
