Dental implants are used to replace a missing tooth and are fixed in place permanently so you don't have to take them out. Referred here from my dentist to have a root extracted today. Rebecca was so professional and made me feel so relaxed and welcoming along with her assistant and Reception staff. I told her, I wished she was my dentist. I am very nervous when I have to go to the dentist, but not here. 5 star. Thank you Rebecca and staff. Good Luck for the future 2020.

Called Queensway in Darlington today, following being given a referral to the clinic for all 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted. The receptionist Philippa Chaung was unvelievably rude. No customer service skills what's so ever. Rather than advising me on how to resolve the problem I had, she displayed an attitude for no apparent reason. She could have booked me in for an appointment but didn't so now I need to ring back again to arrange an appointment. This is not how you treat your clients Pippa.

I had my wisdom tooth out a few days ago which I was quite nervous about because I've never had a tooth out before. Turns out I shouldn't have been worrying at all. The extraction was painless and three days later it feels perfectly normal, no pain at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Came here following an aborted extraction by my regular dentist and was made to feel very welcome and at ease. The procedure was far more straight forward than I had anticipated and was kept well advised throughout. Hope not to have to visit again, but should I need to would be confident if a good job.

Give out appointment times that they don't even stick to. So my partner (after travelling for two hours on 3 buses) had to wait for over an hour beyond her actual appointment time. Staff are less than helpful, I hope you've conned enough money out the NHS. I wonder what would happen if I turned up an hour late for an appointment?

I was seen by your Dentist this morning at the Ferryhill site in Burgess and Hyder surgery and received the best standard of care I could have imagined. I'm afraid I don't know the name of the person who treated me, but she and her colleagues put my mind at ease as I was quite nervous at the prospect of having a wisdom tooth removed. Not only was my treatment speedy and skillful, but I was given very clear and helpful advice throughout all my consultations. Thank you for making the whole process relatively stress free.
