Cleveland Orthodontics

The great regret of using Cleveland Orthodontics. I had a private treatment for upper teeth straightening only. The orthodontist started treatment then went into maternity for a year, she saw me 3 or 4 times in 1year. In between, I have been checked by her team who aren't professional orthodontist. She decided to remove the braces which I believed it was too early, however, I trusted her decision.

A month later, I went back to them not happy with the results as my teeth still needed more time to be fully straight yet get an ideal result. They refused to admit that my teeth aren't straight which was very noticeable and refused to do anything. I regret wasting my money every single day when looking at my teeth.

My son (now age 14) began his treatment in July 2019 and has just had his braces removed. To say we are over the moon with the result is an understatement, he literally cannot stop smiling! We always found the staff very helpful and professional and the lovely Receptionist that made this last appointment fit with us so he can have them removed before the new term starts was a gem. Thank you Cleveland Orthodontics!

Staff were very rude. I understand they are there to do their job but when hit with an inconvenience you would expect professionals to deal with it in a professional manner. Deal with things in a professional manner, you do not need to take your frustrations out on a younger person especially when the inconvenience was not due to them. Again I understand an inconvenience is not nice to deal with but staff are meant to be helpful and calm in situations such as these.

There is no need to be pushy and rude towards someone especially if it is not their fault. Absolutely appalling and disgraceful to make someone feel stupid for something they didn't do.

Take money for private treatment then rush job to finish treatment quick. Left permanent scarring, for which they had no regard nor interest. Some staff extremely friendly and professional however others were felt to be rude and uninterested, particularly when issues within treatment raised. Would not recommend. Wish I had used Queensway Orthodontics based on feedback and reviews from their practice.

Very helpful and will see you at short notice if you have any issues. Very efficient and appointments on time. Would recommend.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Brace broke when we got home from the surgery 1st day literally. Blaming the patient and not explaining what is going on. Totally unprofessional, they know there is a gap in the teeth but still advised the patient to take off the brace. Dont want to treat the patient. I hope they don't get paid because they don't deserve it.

By using cheap materials and stopping patient treatment wheres the duty of care in that. It feels like they deliberately stopping the treatment early to get through a greater volume of patients to earn more money, I don't have a problem with that but where is the duty of care.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Brace literally broke the first day when we got home. Blaming the patient for their own shortcomings. Shouldn't get paid as they are prepared to take the brace off even when there are gaps in the teeth. Make you wait ages and expect you to be on time.

Super pleased with the result.only wished I had done it sooner. All the staff were very professional and friendly! I opted for the Damon Clear brace which I found comfortable to wear and it was virtually invisible ( as advertised) that not even my patients I see on a regular basis even noticed that I had it on! I wasn't too keen on having teeth out so this kind of brace was the perfect option for me as I did not have teeth taken out in th end. I would definetly recommend the Damon Clear brace and Cleveland Orthodontics.

I chose to have the Sectional Damon brace as I was told it was very comfortable to wear and worked faster than a normal brace. Although I was not concerned about how long the treatment would take from start to finish it only took 9 months. Developing ulcers was also one of my major concerns but thankfully I did not get any! Fitting the brace was easier than I thought and the staff talked me through the whole thing which made me feel at ease.

I was given instructions on how to clean and look after my brace and a care pack which included all the different brushes and items I needed to keep my brace clean. I found this very helpful. I would recommend Cleveland Orthodontics to anyone wanting to have straight teeth; mine are perfect now!

5 star treatment from a 5 star team. I had my brace fitted when I was 38 and it has now been removed for 3 years. Throughout the whole of the experience, and in the years following, the care and aftercare has been excellent. I love my teeth. They definitely give you something to 'smile' about at Cleveland Orthodontics!

Everyone at Cleveland Orthodontics was lovely during my treatment. I am very nervous about the Dentist but Sarah the orthodontic therapist made me feel comfortable and happy at all of my appointments. Thank you Cleveland Orthodontics! I love my new smile! :

Both my Daughter and my Son have had treatment at Cleveland Orthodontics and I must say how reassuring the staff are, they have no hesitation in answering questions or showing you how the treatment will help straightening the teeth. Both children were nervous at first but soon realised it was a nice friendly environment they were being treated in all the staff are really courteous and the receptionist always goes out of her way to make the children feel welcome and at ease on their arrival I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleveland Orthodontics to anybody who needs treatment to get a perfect smile with straight teeth.
