Middleton St George

I've had some very bad past experiences with previous dentists which had left me with an unhealthy relationship/association with my teeth and fear of dentists, but the Dentist (Chris) and Hygiene specialist (Lisa) at MSG have been great. They've been really understanding, taking the time to explain each step and accounted for my wellbeing throughout. I've already feel much more comfortable with my teeth and trust the team at the practice.

First time I have rang to make an appointment with this practice and I must say how professional and courteous they are. This was backed up with being greeted so pleasantly and welcoming when I arrived. I would thoroughly recommend this practice as the dentist I saw, listened to my dental need and explained the course of treatment thoroughly.

Lovely Practice, great staff and service. Updates and reminders for appointments are great and really helpful. The kids don't even mind coming, always put at ease and made to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist

Just had my initial assessment and treatment plan put in place. An amazing dental practice, the team there are fabulous. Even before I came to my appointment, I felt really looked after by Katie. I felt at ease straight away in the chair and my nerves completely disappeared, I am usually a very nervous patient. The practice has the most up to date technology at their fingertips coupled with experienced and competent dental professionals. From first impressions, highly recommended.

Graeme has been my dentist for more than 30 years and, you know how it is, when you have found a good dentist you want to keep him! So when he moved to Middleton St George, we followed! I am really happy with this practice. The staff are great and the ongoing investment in the surgery is great to see. My 3D printed crown is a case in hand. amazing!

I have been to Middleton St George dentists for a couple of year and I can't think or remember anytime that the service, staff professionalism and just general atmosphere has not be better than previous visit. I feel relaxed and great when there and the staff are absolutely brilliant. Will recommend anyone looking for a great dentist to jump in there.

I visited MSG this morning to have my regular Hygienist appointment, with Lisa. She was excellent, as always - professional, kind, gentle, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. They know their patients. We have been with MSG for a long time - the whole team is innovative, forward thinking and completely client focused. You are put at ease the moment you enter the reception and the waiting room is fabulously calming and comfortable. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I have always been nervous of dentists and didn't like to go. I can highly recommend this practice. I was immediately put at ease from the minute I walked through the door. From the reception staff upwards, I found them all helpful and very friendly. I have been attending now for approximately five year and I am no longer nervous about attending checkups or treatment.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentists- even a check up can make me a nervous wreck. This practice is amazing the staff are so friendly, patient and lovely. The dentist I saw was Chris what a lovely, friendly and very understanding person. You couldn't choose a better practice - it must be good I'm going back and that says a lot for a nervous person. I've been a client for 19 years now and I've never had cause to complain about any treatment. Everyone from the office staff to the dentist's take the time to listen to you, it's never just an in/out experience. They aren't just your common a garden dentist's these people give the same treatments you might find on Harley St. I'm delighted with my implant treatment and my wedding make over. So I'm giving them a well deserved five stars

Very poor. I am 16 years old. They did a filling without an injection. It was so painful. I was supposed to go back but there is no way I will step across their doorstep again. After a week the filling fell out and I have to go to another dentist to get it fixed and I am so scared now about going back. It was a really horrible experience, my advice if you have kids is to take them somewhere else. Before this I wasn't scared of the dentist but now that's totally changed and I wished this had never happened to me.

After having Chris as my dentist for 15yrs my heart sank when they said he was no longer doing routine appointments and I would be seeing another dentist but graham and Reuben have been marvellous having a abscess drained and two root canals completely pain free and no after effects I needn't have worried thank you Middleton St George dental practice regards Julie Richardson

After looking for a nhs dentist without any joy I decided to go private. The service I recieved was fantastic from start to finish, the staff are really nice and friendly, I had to have 2 teeth extracted I was nervous but I was put at ease straight away, the injection to numb my mouth was pain free a little stinging but bearable, the extraction was fast I didn't realise it had come out.

I need a denture and was dreading the impressions but no need to worry they were done by a 3D scan no gooey mess.after years of being scared of the dentist I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next appointment.

The most skillful and professional dentists I've ever had! Excellent service all around. Fantastic experience. Jane, Chris and dental hygienist went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They explained clearly what needed to be done so Thank you all for looking after my teeth very well. I highly recommend this lovely practice and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The service of care at MSG is first class. Like most people, I never look forward to a dentist visit. I've recently had a wisdom tooth extracted. I was made to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, and whilst not a pleasant experience it was totally painless. I've also had Invisalign retainers fitted and an delighted with the end results. There was no pressure or hard sell involved. Just helpful advice from the beginning. I would have no hesitation in recommending the MSG surgery to anyone.

Top service and Caroline has been a wizard to manage to improve my dental regime. The results have been amazing.

After not visiting for over a year due to COVID I have had 3 or 4 visits in the last couple of weeks including hygiene clean and check up- from which I needed a new crown. Hence another couple of visits to sort out the new crown. Graham the dentist is great and extremely knowledgable making me feel very much at ease. The workmanship has been great with the crown fitting perfectly. Caroline who did the hygiene visit was also excellent and gave me some great advice on cleaning my teeth better.

All the assistants have been so friendly and efficient too( sorry I can't remember all the names). This also extends to the reception staff who are really really nice and friendly and efficient. Has a real feel of something like a family business with nothing too much trouble for any of them.

Recently underwent Enlighten teeth whitening at the practice and cannot fault the experience. Caroline looked after me all the way through and was very knowledgeable not only about dental hygiene, but about nutrition and alternative therapies as well. I also ended up getting a better result than the guaranteed B1 shade so couldn't be happier with the result! The whole staff are very friendly and welcoming and I cant recommend MSG Dental highly enough.
