The clinical time appropriate to complete an item of treatment to a high standard. This is important in nearly all procedures but especially in root treatments, gum care and crowns where the more time that is spent the more predictable will be the success of the treatment. Appropriate time during consultations to discuss your treatment needs, and the options available in your particular case.

After attending this practice for over 2 years and having various treatments from a filling to root canal surgery I have only good things to say about this surgery. The reception staff are helpful and kind. The Dentists I have seen are patient and explain your options. After being a patient at other NHS practices in my opinion this surgery is excellent. After suffering with anxiety about dentist appointments I no longer feel scared to go to the Dentist.

I've heard many horror stories recently of people being struck off their dentists' patient lists despite not being able to get to their practices because of Covid. At the University Dental and Implant Centre I had no such issues: despite not visiting the practice for around 3 years they were happy to re-activate my patient record and make me an appointment the following week. Excellent service.

Today the dentist saved my very decayed tooth!. I felt confident that I was in very good hands and the whole complex procedure was comfortable, pain -and worry-free. The dentist clearly cared about what was best for me in the long-term and also kept me informed throughout the procedure. I feel extremely happy with the service and confident again about my dental health.

All in all a very pleasant experience, as it has been before. Swiftly got an appointment that worked with my schedule, and was called up within minutes of sitting down in the waiting room. The dentist, Mina, was incredibly helpful, approachable and competent, alleviated my worries and gave me some great no-nonsense advice. The dental nurse Leah was also very helpful. Grateful to have this practice in my area.
