"6 month smile" turned into 16 months. Dentist took braces off early with no prior discussion, then said treatment would be finished in aligners at an extra cost, which also wasn't previously discussed. Dentist also visibly damaged my teeth by using a new/incorrect bur he'd never tried before, leaving 22 teeth with deep abrasions, feeling really rough and sensitive.

They left me with unfinished treatment and without a retainer for 3 months, and my teeth had moved by the time I got one. I sought legal advice, but the dentist provided falsified records to the lawyers and so the case wasn't pursued. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy business.

This is my local dental practice. Iv never had a problem here. Few times iv had to wait around 30 minutes past my appointment time but the staff are lovely. The 2 ladies iv seen on reception are very welcoming and make sure to let me know if they a running behind. A lovely gentleman dentist who works here is so kind and friendly. I won't go anywhere else but here. Others may have different opinions but I trust euro dental 100%

The service I had received of my 1 year of braces was wonderful, no issues or complaints. My inquires was dealt soon as and any problems I had, it was solved. I had composite bonding after my braces and now I have a perfect smile. Can't thank the team enough and have already recommended family/friends.

The dentist is run by kids who don't know what they're doing. I'm surprised the clinic is still open with all the bad reviews. Very unprofessional staff and when I had my braces on, my appointments were always getting cancelled. They are just after your. My appointments were often rushed and when i was at the dentist, it seemed as if the staff didn't want to be there.

The six month smile for braces deal that they do on groupon is good, my teeth were straightened quickly but beware, with the service they provide it will take you years to achieve the straight teeth that you want.

Waiting time is appalling, you can bever get through via phone calls & they're ever so quick to cancel apps. Appalling honestly. I've had to wait an hour to be seen before.

This dental practice is so unprofessional, no basic customer service at all. Receptionist booked our app at 4 pm but we were waiting an hour to see hygienist. This place runs with no rules and they aren't aware of their surroundings. Receptionist asked us to pay 49 each for scaling and polishing and hygienist was so rude and prior to starting her job checked if I am aware of their prices and stated you have to pay 69 which I was confused about this and check again with receptionist.

He said no 49. Appointments have done in rushed and not able to speak to hygienist. My husband appointment even took less than 10 minutes and we both are very regret for attending this place.

It's been a year since I started my invisalign treatment and I had no complaints. End of treatment my teeth were not straight so I needed another 14 weeks of treatment which I had no issue with. Since starting my 2nd round of treatment I am absolutely shocked at how poor this place is! I've been waiting since August to see the orthodontist- I've had every since appointment since then cancelled.

We are now in December and I've had over 5 appointments cancelled last minute. They've sent me a email to cancel my last appointment, written so poorly! This place is actually a big JOKE. I've had the same glue on my teeth for over a year which doesn't match my alignments so my aligners don't even sit on my teeth as there is a gap between my teeth and the aligner.

I've called and emailed this place and had no luck. My next appointment is booked in for the 18th December but I know it'll be cancelled on the day and then the cycle will continue. Refusing to see me to remove the glue and place new glue. Isn't even a hard job! Just AVOID THIS PLACE. Save your money.

This dentist is so unprofessional especially the girl on reception with the head scarf she's rude and no basic customer service at all. It's run by kids who aren't aware of their surroundings. The appointments are rushed because they are always late and when they say there are doing something in the appointment it always get pushed to the following week.

I had braces in 2019 and I payed 200 for the retainer and they said the next one will be for free. I went there a few months ago and I told them that I don't need to pay because its not 2nd one and they agreed with m. Half an hour later, they called me to tell me that I need to pay for the retainer because the offer expired. I don't understand how the offer expired. I am very disappointed with this service; I don't recommend.

Have been attending the practice for over 10 years. Not had a problem before but I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time yesterday before I gave up and walked out. Practice has definitely gone downhill and seems to be run and staffed with students and trainees with no experience on how to run a dental practice.

I visited Euro Dental Care for a consultation for composite bonding and was booked in within less than 2 weeks for my appointment. Brilliant service, very professional and amazed at the result! Very pleased and would definitely recommend to others and already have recommended to friends/family!

Rude staff on reception, appointments always cancelled and patients not informed until they arrive to the practice, appointments always rushed and not able to speak to dentists about issues and if you try to speak about a concern told that they'll sort it out in next appointment as they have no time, rubbish customer service skills. The only good thing about this place is nurses they are very pleasant and caring. But overall not had a very good experience wouldn't go again

If you enjoy sitting around for over 30 minutes, past your agreed appointment time then this is the dental surgery for you! Having already had a previous appointment cancelled and only finding out when I turned up to my appointment. I was given a half hearted apology and ridiculed for not checking they emailed me 2 hours prior to my scheduled appointment and the receptionist went to book me in again for two weeks time.

But yet again I've been left waiting for my appointment, without being updated and its so frustrating when you keep getting told 5 more minutes. This surgery doesn't care about your time and the time they waste, neither are they apologetic or understanding in the matter.
