They're okay. Very friendly team, but possibly a little more focussed on profit / cosmetic work than general dentistry and oversubscribed for routine work. If you are considering clear aligners and think they might offer better results than remote options (Smile Direct Club etc), that may not be the case. The process took a lot of retries, including being given stage 9 instead of stage 6 at one appointment (underline the numbers?) which made for a fairly uncomfortable week!

Both myself and my wife have had treatment this week at this practice and on both occasions the service was exceptional. We were attended by Oonagh McSwiney for different treatment on consecutive days and both times we came away entirely satisfied. The staff are all brilliant, helpful and cheerful and makes a visit to a dentist a pleasant experience, something I never thought I would ever say until I was introduced to this dental practice. Well done Oonagh and your team.

I think the whole team here are lovely and friendly which as a nervous patient has helped me massively. I had my first treatment today (a filling!) and the dentist & her helper went out of their way to put me at ease - I know I'm not an ideal patient! Thank you very much, I'm feeling much more confident for next time.

Your endodontist did not idenitfy a vertical crack in my tooth whoch was clearly visib;le to the naked eye, instead I was charged for x-rays & scans & was told that my fragile tooth was ok for a root filling. I told him on both visits that I had a foul taste in my mouth, had bad breath & was in pain. I had to visit my practice dentist on emeregency last week. He saw the vertical crack & the tooth hasd to be extracted on an emergency appointment.

I've just completed my Invisalign treatment with Chloe and Natalie, and I could not be happier. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Other staff members always said hello. Chloe and Natalie were always friendly, knowledgeable and could not do enough for me. So pleased I chose to have my treatment with Pittvillelawn. Highly recommended! Thank you

All very positive with regard to the clinical team who saw me. Both dentist & nurse were very professional but friendly. One negative - I was asked to update my details on a form, but I found it very difficult to read the form as the lighting in reception wasn't very good. Maybe print the form in black instead?

Staff were all kind and friendly. I feel valued as an individual and that Chloe was advising the best thing for me and my teeth rather than just wanting to get money out of me! I am very happy with all my experiences here. Edit: I've now had my treatment and am thrilled with the result. The staff genuinely care about my welfare and all have been brilliant. Chloe was almost artistic in the treatment, creating a natural result which meant I spent less money as I was encouraged to look 'natural' rather than 'perfect'. I could not recommend this practice highly enough.
