Excellent service, I attended the practice for an estimate for teeth implants. I recieved a warm and welcoming greeting from reception, went straight in for a 360 degree x-Ray of my teeth then a short wait before discussing the outcome of my x-ray with the consultant. I was able to explore/discuss multiple implants options with my consultant who gave a clear explanation of the work to be done and associated cost. I came away feeling that the consultation was well worth the cost and would highly recommend this practice/service to anyone exploring their options for teeth implants.

I was referred by my dentist to this clinic for a tooth implant. All of the staff I had contact with were very friendly, helpful and treated me with respect. My treatment was carried out by Colin Neil, who explained clearly to me what the procedures would be. Throughout the work carried out I was made to feel relaxed and confident. The treatments were relatively pain free with just mild discomfort. I was so impressed that I will be going back for another implant in the not too distant. future.

Having had extremely bad experiences in the past with other dentists I can only say that I have never experienced such care and professionalism from all the staff at 'Confident', from the welcome of the receptionists to the wonderful care and friendliness of all the dental nurses, big thanks to ellie in putting me at my ease to the fantastic treatment I have received from Paul and Colin.

I see the hygienist every three months. They use up to date cleaning machinery, not available in the NHS.It's like a mouth jet wash getting in between the teeth and under the gum line. They continue to train me to clean my teeth correctly. This means the implants that I have had are firmly in place on nice pink gums. With nice fresh breath.

I've been attending this dentist for over 10 years and I can safely say that I've been very happy with the service they provide which is friendly and professional. They are always thorough and when treatment is required they make every effort to make sure that you are comfortable and in no pain. An unexpected extraction of a back molar:- two injections, sensitively carried out after application of pain relieving gel, and a short time later, one tooth safely removed with very minimal blood and no pain. I totally recommend Paul, even though I have only consulted him twice. Ewa has a worthy successor. My face returned to normal a few hours later, and I only had to take painkillers for less than 24 hours. Pretty good considering the size of the molar extracted.
