Amazing service and great people that work as an effective team. Always on time and very accommodating. Treat you as a guest more than a regular patient each time I visit there. Modern facilities too and no rush. Kate is the most professional dentist I have known after moving from country to country with detailed explanations when asking technical questions. The hygienist service is also extremely helpful by giving some extra tips on how to take care of your teeth.

I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Hendrick last year and have been extremely happy from start to finish. Dr. Hendrick made sure I was happy at every stage and went out of her way to make sure I got better than expected results. All of the staff are friendly, professional and very welcoming. I am so happy with my new smile and would absolutely recommend Sandon Dental Surgery, especially to those who are thinking of starting Invisalign.

I don't normally leave feedbacks but I felt this time there is exception to do so concerning the shocking customer service of Sandon dental practice. Over two years and three months ago they put my son's name on the referral list for teeth braces and each time we asked them about the outcome they kept saying he is still on the waiting list. A month ago my husband rang the orthodontics department in the Countess and was told that our son was not on their orthodontic waiting list at all and it is the dental practice responsibility to allocate the child to an orthodontist at the time of initial referral and so my husband went in person to the Sandon reception to relay the information but the receptionist who was dealing with the referral rejected this and was angry about why my husband rang the Countess and she added that waiting time can take three and a half years when we know that other parents waited much less than a year.

I spoke to Sandon dental practice again yesterday and again they were not helpful and lacked empathy. I rang the referral system who said that your dental practice was supposed to pick an orthodontic provider in the area to put your son name on their waiting list and advised me go back to the dental practice to see what options available in the area but when I rang them about the advice I was given they seemed actually annoyed! and did not offer searching the available options or even ring the referral system.

Due to my frustration I ended up contacting one orthodontics practice in the area who was very helpful and offered great support and contact the referral system despite my son is not their patient to sort this matter for him and put him on their waiting list.

I had to find a dentist whilst on holiday, and so glad I found Sandon! The dentist who got me out of pain was Simon, and his dental nurse Jade was brilliant at putting me at my ease. I chose to have a bad tooth extracted and I can honestly say I felt no pain. If I didn't live 284 miles away I'd change dentist like a shot!

I am a complete wuss when it comes to dentists. I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn't see me for a month. Friend recommended this surgery. I saw Mr Cronshaw and his lovely dental nurse. Sadly, had to have an extraction. Both Mr C and the nurse were fab and made the experience as palatable as could be expected. I was so relieved when it was finished I could have hugged them both. Luckily for them COVID restrictions saved them a bear hug!

I can't thank them enough for their patience and great care. Lovely as they were I am hoping not to have to meet them again anytime soon. I do hope they take that comment in the spirit it is intended! However, if I do need more treatment I know I will be very well looked after and won't be so nervous in the future. Highly recommended.

Today I seen Dr Kate Hendrick and Trisha (hygienist), both where extremely professional and treated me first class! The practice is lovely and clean and abiding all of the Covid regulations. If I could rate this practice more than 5 stars I would. One extremely happy patient!

I broke one of my front teeth when I was about 8 years old. 30 years of embarrassment and several questionable build-up jobs at later, I'd almost given up and stopped looking after my teeth as no dentist seemed interested in doing the work that I wanted. I joined Sandon at the recommendation of a friend. Dr. Hendrick issued me with a treatment plan straight away beginning with repair to one of my molars which had broken, and ending with 2 veneers at the front and a repair to one of the neighbouring teeth which had become worn.

All I can say is wow! I now have the teeth I always wanted. I specifically requested that they look natural as was worried they would look false. You can't even tell that they're not real, they just look like perfect well looked after teeth. I'm so happy with my new smile and can't recommend Sandon enough. All of the staff are fantastic and the surgery has all of the latest technology. Suffice to say my entire family will now be joining with me.

I have been a patient at Sandon for 12 yrs and have always found it a supportive and friendly practice. Recently, at the age of 65, I have had Invisalign treatment under Dr Kate Hendrick. Dr Hendrick has been amazingly supportive and has offered excellent guidance throughout the process. The end result is amazing. I am so pleased. I also want to commend, Jenny Hopkins who supported me in deciding a manageable treatment plan, Jane Boulton, an amazing hygienist and the friendly and calm reception team.

For someone who has had a fear of the dentist all their life, coming to sandon has made it a relaxing experience for a nervous paitent. I have been so many different dental practices in my lifetime with bad experiences and sandon offers an outstanding service. I got treated by Beth and jade who were so lovely during the appointment and really calmed my nerves for an emergency extraction. Couldn't recommend them enough - and for the first time in 29 years I no longer dread going!
