About 12 years ago had tooth removal, after 3 days became badly infected, was pepper sprayed and arrested when I returned to surgery with the audacity to request antibiotics, will still not t guarantee to not repeat!

I tried to get on with this practice recently, a few years ago, it was a decent practice, not the best. not the worst, but recently the fact I got to wait a whole month to get seen and the fact they cancled because it fell on a bank holiday, no re arrangements made either, got to give them a 2, the 2 is purely for the fact they used to be good.

Well. For starters they changed name and location without informing me, so no respect for the patient right there, then they had to re-do my file like i was a new patient, and while I was waiting for my appointment, 5 staff members passed by me without a simple "Good Morning", including one of them ignoring me when I said good morning, (appalling).

Not very polite or even professional. The way I see it if I have to pay for a service might as well pay for it where ppl are a bit more polite. Honestly I'm starting to look for a new dental practice. Suggestions anyone?

This is the state of uk dentisry change your name because youve given poor service. They all take the piss and practices take money off the nhs and over charge for cosmetic private dentisry the whole system is corrupt to the core and is a shambles this aint about peoples dental health its about money its high time this whole industry needs a massive shake up. ITS CORRUPT TO THE CORE WITH PEOPLE AT THE TOP AT UK DENTISYRY. i swear to god if i was a politicical person i would go to war with all of you

This is a very clean place. Nice chic furniture, and we'll manage staff. It's occupied over 3 stories. Bathrooms are very clean. prices are very competitive if not a little cheaper than most places. I've been a couple of times now I enjoy going there. I'm a nervous customer but now I don't feel as bad. you need to lay a small deposit for treatment that you book an advanced which is absolutely fine.

I've read the other negative reviews, but it's absolute tosh, it's just people having a day. I'm local to the area and they are doing a great job. I don't have any reason to find another dentist.

Vicki was friendly, thorough and explained everything so well to my children. She scraped a small amount of calculus from my teeth which is normally quite uncomfortable but I didn't feel any pain. Would highly recommend Vicki.

The White House Dental practice has re-invented itself as Clinic 43, any ideas why? They hike the price of your service without telling you. I had an appointment to see the hygienist, only to find the price had gone from 50.00 to 60.00. Nobody called, nothing. Always trying to up-sell their private services to you. Enough it enough. Is it an exceptional service. absolutely not. I am moving to a different dentist asap.

I highly recommend not using this dentist there absolutely disgraceful, made my 5 year old son wait 8 months for a referral then to find out they didn't even send it off and was told to come back so he could be looked at again, to then turn up and the so called receptionist didn't even bother to make the appointment. The dentist is a rude stuck up w####r who just thinks he is above everyone.

He also became very aggressive towards my partner and son making my 5 year old cry to which he said now get out my clinic. Refused to give me his name and said go ahead make a complaint. The so called manager would also not give me her name or even try resolve this issue. He and she are disgusting and I promise you now this is not over! I will also be reporting the dental clinic to local papers and making a formal Complaint. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST THERE WASTE YOUR TIME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Went for a teeth cleaning. The hygienist tried many times to get me to go for the higher priced treatment with bells and whistles. The treatment was OK. At the reception I was ambushed into paying for a future treatment. At which point I paid a deposit for another hygienist trip. After reading reviews on Google and talking to other people. I decided to change my dentists.

I gave them the excuse I was leaving the area as to be polite. Ten days later I have yet to receive said cheque (who pays with a cheque). Would not r ecommend them for treatment or customer service. Do your research and avoid

When I was in desperate pain they saw me that day otherwise I would have to wait 2 weeks. Further on down the line after treatment, Hygienist wasn't great, but everything and everyone else was. Although I was NHS they helped me to save a couple of teeth, with crowns that another dentist wanted pulled out and replaced for false teeth, I paid for the white ones, for offering me the right treatment. I like being sent a text reminder as I tend to forget, too.
