I think we all as children developed a fear of going to the dentist! I in my life have received good, bad and indifferent treatment. I have been with Rupi at the Old Windsor practice for many years now and i have to say, i have received first class treatment and would never go elsewhere. All of the staff are 100% focussed on giving excellent customer service, and as such it is a pleasure to visit the dentist!

Update 2022 - still the very best dentist! Truly outstanding on all fronts (and I used to be scared of going to the dentist). Especially good at talking you through treatments and listening to concerns, planning long term treatments etc. They've been really sympathetic and always put your mind at ease. Reception are super - try really hard at fitting in last minute appointments, everyone is lovely and they're really good at following up on requests. 10/10 across the board, won't go anywhere else

Excellent customer service from Dr Bose and his team. Currently undergoing 30 weeks of treatment and always supportive and helpful and still keeping COVID at bay with their simple but effective rules.

I've been going to the Old Windsor Dental Practise for years, I'd never look to go anywhere else. I've never had trouble getting appointment, and all the staff are super helpful and thoughtful, would recommend to anyone looking for great quality dentistry.

I just had to write and say how very grateful I am to the Old Windsor Dental Practice. If ever I have a problem they go above and beyond to help resolve the dental issue. In all the years I've used the practice they have never failed me. The last two years have been very challenging for them, but Mr Bose and his team have worked tirelessly to make sure that appointments and telephone calls are always on time and the patient's best interests are top of the list. Well done you stars.

As an extremely nervous patient, I was straight away put at my ease, by everyone. It was my first visit to this practise, I felt comfortable and with all the reassurance I was given could go ahead with my treatment. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr Bose, and all the ladies.

Always had a lovely experience with the receptionists etc but almost every appointment i am made to wait in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes and sometimes it's been 30. I just don't understand why they say the appointment is at 11 but your made to sit and wait half an hour for a 30 second appointment. But when it comes to you being 5 minutes late to your appointment your told you've missed your appointment.

My beloved dentist practice closed down unfortunately because of the pandemic. After doing a research I decided to use this dental practice(Old Windsor Dental) and made an appointment. I had a clearly visible cracked tooth with an abscess starting to form next to it and after a the examination I was told it is definitely not cracked and I can have it fixed for 1900.(or have it removed) I got another consultation appointment for 1 week later but a few days before that my tooth abscess was started getting much worse and my cracked started blackening.

I made an appointment with another dentist more than 20 miles from where I live as I felt very upset about my diagnosis. I made the right choice as the second opinion clearly stated the tooth IS cracked. I just had it taken out which was a surgical removal and I am so very happy I didn't go back to Old Windsor dental! I cannot imagine how could they do a complicated removal when they cannot diagnose a visible crack on the tooth!

And on the top of that I sent them an email how upset I am because of my misdiagnosed tooth and they didn't even bother to reply. Just avoid this practice if you are looking for a reliable dentist you can trust!

I have just had my braces removed and I am in LOVE with my straight teeth. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR BOSE! All staff are very welcoming, the receptionists are so friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Dr Bose instantly put me at ease from the moment I met him. I have had braces 3 times and this journey was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommend this practise. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Bose has been treating my two boys for a few years now with getting their braces fitted. Hes been really good with my kids. He is very efficient and does not rush the treatment. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wanted good treatment for their children.

My whole family have been coming to Old Windsor Dental Practice for many years and can not fault the care we have received from Dr Bose and his amazing team. Each of my 3 children have had orthodontic treatment under Dr Bose excellent care and each time we have been delighted with the end result. Since having braces for 2 years and now having a retainer, I have been coming to the Old Windsor Dental Practise for over 6 years now and am still more than happy there. Both the receptionists and the doctors make you feel very welcome and relaxed. I was over the moon with the results from my braces and am so grateful to Dr Bose and his team at the practise.

Dr Bose and his team of friendly staff provide outstanding care at this practice. Dr Bose takes time to explain the process of orthodontic treatment for my daughter and is clearly an expert in his field ensuring the best possible outcomes for her. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been attending this dentistry for orthodontic treatment (over 60) and the treatment is amazing. My children all had their teeth aligned here and their smiles are beautiful. The minute you walk in the door there is always a friendly greeting from the reception staff. Dr Bose is so specialised in my treatment. His professionalism and kind manners take away any stress of a dentist. I would highly recommend Dr Bose and his team.
