The best dental practice I've ever been to! They go out of their way to make it a friendly environment with everything modern and up to date. Also the principal dentist is very patient and takes the time to do a thorough check. All the staff are friendly, professional and reassuring, and appointments are a really pleasant experience every time. I'd highly recommend this practice! Every detail was in place for patients to feel safe in terms of PPE and even air purification. A superb example of how a dental surgery should be in these strange times.

Refusing to go to anyone else! Absolute class service. Overall outstanding experience. It’s never fun going to the dentist, and I’ve personally always been a bit anxious/fearful about going but after I found this place I’m no longer anxious or fearful. Not once have I experienced any discomfort or unpleasantries a this practise, even having my tooth extracted, and that says a lot! Would highly recommend!

I went to this practice for a tooth repair. It fell apart after a few months. When I phoned the practice the reception told me "that dentist does not work here any more". This was a blatant lie . She does still work there. Despite the fact the original work was under a years guarantee, they cancelled my appointment to fix it. They refused to speak to me regarding this on the phone.
I was offered a refund, after complaining by several emails. I was very upset at the uncaring attitude and blatant lies told by reception and the lack of care for their client. I can only assume that this is normal practice at 'improve your smile', Woodford. As surely lies as to who is working there as a dentist are completely unethical . I do think they have a fairly fast turnover of dentist... perhaps it's because they do not provide the trust and care promised on their website. I would never recommend somewhere that treats clients so badly.

After a lot of bad childhood experiences, I had not been to the dentists for many many years resulting in extremely unhealthy teeth and gums. I recently experienced some tooth pain which resulted in the decision to improve the general health of my teeth and gums and improve the cosmetic look of my teeth. I chose Improve Your Smile as both my wife and children were very positive about the treatment and service provided to them.
I had several consultations with Dr Malik who provided me with the comfort I needed to undertake the treatment plan. To cut a very long story short I have been very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and treatment from all of the staff from Mandy and Julie on reception to Dr Malik, more than ably assisted by Ausra. They even made sure my health and treatment were of top priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic period of closure.
The practice has spent a fortune on the COVID 19 securing of the premises and treatment rooms ensuring total safety during treatments. My treatment completed recently and I am extremely happy with the improved health of my teeth and gums and the cosmetic treatment I received and couldn’t recommend the practice highly enough.

WOW what a wondeful dentist you are my 17 month old boy had a severe mouth infection this week. Dr Malik and his team were always on hand and went out of their way to try and help us through this difficult time as our son was in so much pain. i can not thank you all enough for your support and help. We are so grateful for everything you did to help us.

I have only recently joined this practice but I’ve been so impressed! Dr Malik is so thorough and he literally showed me a digital photo of every tooth!! I really felt like everything had been well checked. And the hygienist was fantastic too. My teeth felt freshly polished for weeks. Highly recommend this practice!

Certainly the most thorough and professional check up I’ve ever had. Dr Malik and his nurse Ausra were very friendly, happy to answer any questions I had and completely put me at ease. All the staff I met were very welcoming including the receptionist and the practice itself was very clean and seemingly newly refurbed. Thanks a lot!
